The sales assistant we dealt with was very helpful and explained the payment options available, the fabric choices and delivery time frame. She made choosing a new sofa very easy. Good range of styles on offer too.

The sales rep jamie was very helpful and very knowledgeable and made both my wife and I very comfortable

Our sociologist was Sai. She was fantastic. She connected her phone to the sofas music system and allowed my daughters to play music on it. She gave them popcorn and biscuits and a drink whilst we filled out the forms. When choosing our sofas, Sai made sure we got exactly what we wanted without being pushy. She was very helpful.

Very friendly atmosphere, Sai our sales representative was extremely helpful and guided us all the way from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Very happy - I’d popped into store a few times before placing my order, and each time everyone was helpful. There was no pushy sales behaviour, just genuine time for help and support.

There is a wide variety of sofas to try and look at. We"d already made our decision on the sofa, but it was good to sit on it and experience it first hand. Saireen was very helpful and informative and gave us a full run down on the features of the sofa. Even going as far as playing music through the speakers, so we could sample the sound and vibration through the seats. Good advise given on the aftercare also. Thank you
