Excellent service from start to finish from Harriet at the Redbrick sofology. Informative and supportive without any hard sell. Looks like quality product at reasonable price. Fingers crossed the sofas will be as good as the service in the showroom. Thanks again Harriet.

Excellent service from Ashley Bray from the start of when we first started looking, to actually ordering our sofa. No pressure, did us some room planning and provided samples very quickly. We could have used the more local store, but the service we got from Ash was superior. Now awaiting delivery of our sofa, but so far so good !

Extremely pleased with my new sofa purchase. Staff members are extremely professional and friendly. Was able to discuss all aspects of the sofa requirements and informed of other similar options allowing me to make an informed decision to suit my home

We visited Redbrick Mill to visit Sofology so we could choose our perfect sofa. We were greeted by Harriet who was lovely and helped us throughout. It is a very relaxed environment and with no pushiness or pressure to buy, and Harriet was so patient with us whilst we decided. Staff were very knowledgable on the items in store which made us feel reassured. We purchased our sofa on the day and are extremely happy with our items the service provided. I would definitely recommend Redbrick Sofology!

Showroom well presented plenty of stock to choose from sale staff very helpful would have given 5 stars but wasn't informed on the delivery charge only noticed it on email

Avoid Sofology at all costs!
I went in to the Redbrick mill sofology store and was looking at a sofa. I asked the assistant if they had the 360 tool on their website to which he said they did… they don’t! But that wasn’t the issue…
I said I was going to go home to think about it and would purchase online once I’d done the 360 tool, the assistant told me that it would be easier if I purchased in store as they can support and I could then amend it cancelled with 48 hours if I changed my mind. This was a lie!!
I went home and the 360 tool wasn’t available and I measured the turn from my door and realised it wouldn’t fit. I called to cancel only 16 hours after purchase at 9am the following day to cancel and they told me I couldn’t. I explained that I’d been told explicitly that I couldn’t by the assistant Yameen. I received a call back from the customer service centre 2 hours later who said they’d spoken to Yameen and he had said that he had told me that I wouldn’t be able to cancel, not once, but twice!!!! Lies!
I explained that it wouldn’t fit in my house so what was I supposed to do! They said they’d keep the deposit and cancel it! What a joke!!!!

You showroom at Redbrick mill is stylish and welcoming. The kids loved the cinema experience.
The sales rep was easy going, but very knowledgeable and had great interior design experience. It was a pleasure to deal with her.
Went out of her way to make sure the colour we chose would work with current furniture.

The environment was relaxed, open and friendly without being pressured. There were lots of options to choose from and a three years interest free payment option to spread the cost.
