Yameen was great! I came in looking to test what I’d seen online and he was so friendly, informative and helpful! I bought a sofa and a chair and am over the moon. Every bit of information I could have asked for was answered. Thank you Yameen!

Although we’d done a lot of the legwork re room planning and deciding the sofa layout to purchase. The final visit to complete the purchase was very easy and relaxed. We sat on the sofa and asked questions and chatted before completing the paperwork and finance.

We had decided previously as to the sofa and fabrics required. We had been grateful of the preferred swatch being sent. On the day, the model was no longer on display but Ash phoned another store to see if it was available. He explained fully the services available in a friendly and helpful manner. We purchased two matching sofas, insurance & care kit and await delivery.

Abbie Game at Batley Sofology was an excellent and knowledgeable sales consultant and was very confident. She allowed us to ask a lot of questions and knew the sizes of the Benz suite like the back of her hand.

We visited several times / different places to find a sofa bed for our spare bedroom and ended it up with Sofology as it’s a good quality, easy to transform (sofa - bed) and also design as well. Today, we were assisted by Yameen, he was very friendly, patient and went through all the options we could see at the shop and finally we purchased one and can’t wait to have it in our house.

We came into the store on Sunday we were acknowledging straight away by a young man who was very helpful not sure if his name but he’d only been with the company a week we decide to purchase a sofa he took us through all the paperwork and then brought Maxine to complete the rest she also was lovely and very helpful

Super helpful sales assistant, I think he was called Wayne?! He spent lots of time re-organising the sofa so we had a visual on how it would look in our Home he made us coffee.. Very relaxed atmosphere and easy purchase.
