I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sofology, which has now been ongoing for over a year.
The biggest issue is that after months of complaints, inspections, engineer visits and being made to feel like the problem was somehow my responsibility, a Sofology technician eventually admitted that the sofa had actually been delivered with a fault from day one. He explained that his manager had reviewed photos taken at the time of delivery and confirmed the fault was already present when the sofa arrived.
Despite this, Sofology never accepted responsibility, apologised for supplying a faulty product, or acknowledged the amount of time and frustration this caused. Instead, I was simply told they would repair it and that there was nothing else they could do.
The sofa has since been repaired, but another issue has now arisen. After more than a year of faults, repairs, delays, waiting for parts and repeated appointments, I have completely lost confidence in the product. I have asked for my complaint to be escalated, but I am still struggling to get the matter properly addressed.
What has frustrated me most is not just the fault itself, but the lack of accountability and customer care throughout the process. No customer should have to spend over a year chasing a resolution, only to discover that the fault was present from the moment the sofa was delivered.
Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sofology.

I recently visited and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Garry, our sales rep, was absolutely fantastic, he took the time to really understand what the mrs was looking for, answered every question we had with patience and genuine knowledge, and went the extra mile to measure up and confirm which sofas would actually fit our space before making any recommendations. We left feeling completely confident in our purchase. If you’re sofa shopping, ask for Garry, you won’t be disappointed!

Very knowledgeable, gave us time to walk around the store and offered us help and if we needed information on anything. We spoke that we needed to check measurements on a chair. And that we would be back. All this made us return to purchase !
