Fantastic service as soon as we entered the store. Stuart was excellent, directed us to the sofa we wanted, and let us look on our own, no pressure.
Stuart came back, gave us details about the sofa, we left happy and bought 2 leather sofas.

Both Colin and Jonathon were really friendly and helpful in choosing and ordering our sofa on 2 separate occasions. Our second sofa from sofology and impressed with the customer service again.

Well, we decided to browse round the showroom to get a rough idea what was out there. It was well presented and the staff couldn't be more helpful. We were so impressed we bought a lovely sofa.

Fantastic experience at the Edinburgh branch. We were helped with our purchase from Harrison. Stress free, no hard sell or followed around the shop, left to browse at our leisure. And helped answer any questions. Best of all we have ordered two gorgeous sofas!
