Excellent service, friendly and very helpful. Made our visit a pleasure. Tonia was very good 😊 we appreciate the relaxing but professional experience. Thank you 🙏

Johnathon was very helpful at showing us the ranges of sofas that suited our requirements.
Once we had come to a decision on the sofas we wanted to purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the purchasing procedure , ensuring that we were completely happy with our choice, estimated delivery date, etc.

Excellent customer service. Did not feel hounded and totally at ease to browse

Jonathan was absolutely superb! Very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with.

Colin was extremely helpful from the beginning he helped with colour style and sizing to fit the right sofa for us.
He never pressured us to buy then and there and when we came back a few days later he was happy to see us and just as helpful!
10/10

Great service from when we walked into the store until we left.

Great correspondence
Having my own account makes a world of difference

Great choice and competitive prices. Really nice staff who are there to readily answer questions and, if required, make knowledgeable suggestions around your needs.
Would recommend.

Harrison in Edinburgh was a great help
To advice and support what we were looking for to suit our new home.

Great selection of sofas and the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They really took time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and suited my needs.

What I liked about this experience, was from the moment my friend and I walked into the shop we were made welcome and were not hounded by staff when we were looking around (which can be so annoying). The salesman Harrison couldn't be more helpful,( such a lovely guy) he had the patience of a saint as we were in the shop a good few hours picking and trying different sofas eventually settling on a suit. Compared to other shops we were in that day I would say Sofology had more of a different selection and reasonably priced.

Aida was very helpful and informative without being pushy. The showroom at Straiton had a good selection of sofas and we were able to find one that suited us.

The lady that served us was excellent , I was very happy with the sofa and can’t wait for it to arrive

Jonathan was the best salesperson!

We were allowed to browse at leisure without sales people hounding us all the time.
When we did ask the staff for advice they were knowledgeable and helpful. Still didn’t pressure us into a decision.

Excellent service and great support from Jonathan in helping us to make the right choices for our new home. The product range at Sofology was excellent, with good practical help and advice from Jonathan, who showed a lot of empathy and understanding regarding what was importance to us. No hard sell, just genuine good customer service, from someone who was very professional and knows his subject well.

Excellent clean store lovely set up and Elaine was so patient and helpful

Great service, Jonathan provided us with all the information and gave us time to choose what was best for us.
