I recently brought the fitzrovia from the wednesbury store. It was the second time I visited this store after I had excellent customer service the first time from a lady called Patrycja. She wasn't pushy and didn't obvious follow me about, but was there when I needed to ask questions about different sofas.so I decided to go back to buy from her. She's a credit to sofology especially wednesbury branch with large competiitors on the same retail park. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again. Thank you Patrycja 10/10 from me.

We had been struggling to find one before we came to Sofology and upon coming here we managed to order it on the same day, which was amazing. Sak was really friendly and knowledgeable and ensured that we were fully informed of everything before making our decision. Honestly, I came in without any idea of what I was after, for a house i'd just bought, Harrison was fantastic and welcoming, took his time showing me around the different types of sofas, and the materials, was incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all, even said to me to look at the other sofa stores on the estate!

Spent a good amount of time in there, and came back the next day and purchased a brand new sofa, even the purchasing journey was thorough and extremely knowledgable

Walked in, saw what we wanted, ordered it and left. No fuss, no hassle and a good price.
