I liked the fact we were not harassed on entering, but when asked for help, it seemed above them as they all looked at each other, deciding who should come.

We’ve just left the store after buying a new chair for my dad. By far the most amazing staff and atmosphere of all of the stores, we visited them all! Patrycja was brilliant, so helpful and took extra time to make sure my dad was happy with everything and able to use the technology. All of the staff were helpful and approachable without ever feeling pushed, harassed or hovered over.
We will be back when it’s time for our next sofa! Thanks

Very clean store, welcoming sofologist who helped me find the sofa I'd seen on the website. Explains all options in the range and was very knowledgeable, no pressure at all to purchase anything

We had a fantastic service from Yameen at Sofology. He was very friendly, helpful and patient with us whilst we decided between two sofas we liked and the colour we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He offered us lots of different options and went through different payment plans available. He gave us ample time to decide and never rushed us. He is a credit to the Sofology team.

Staff were very informative and also gave us time to think about our choice. There was no pressure on us to purchase which was very reassuring

The process was made easy by clear communication. Engaging with individuals that clearly have a passion over what they sell made the process easier. I found the individual I dealt with very effective listeners and answered questions in a clear concise manner. Job well done!

Patty was extremely helpful, she assisted myself with getting the right design to what I had pictured, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience
