I had a good experience at sofology in York. The staff are polite and respectful. They helped us when we needed more information and didn't pressure us in getting a sofa.

Excellent experience
Had an outing to Sofology last week. Lovely sofas available and we weren't actually looking for a sofa for us. We got talking to our onsite expert and walked out with a newly purchased sofa. Lovely people know there job. Wallet is a little lighter but hopefully will be on a new sofa for Christmas.

Please arrange my delivery. I have tried to get through twice on the phone and given up. The link would not work when I tried it. I was expecting a call back to arrange delivery and still am.

As soon as we walked into the store at Clifton moor, Tim greeted us and looked after us making sure we choose the right sofa
He was very patient and friendly and so were all the staff 😊
