WARNING ⚠

My wife & I would like to warn consumers... Be VERY CAREFUL making any type of business with SoftPro Water Systems.
We've done everything asked by Rhea & she knows it. We have submitted screenshots of water test & from a local company that we had them also test the water.
We emailed Rhea the results & screenshots of water test... they're lying.
Too bad I'm not able to attach pictures to this review to prove that Rhea is/has been lying. Do NOT trust them.
They sold us a water softener+iron in December 2024, we had it professionally installed by a local company. The units have not worked at all. We spoke with Rhea, the water consultant in May 2025. We asked to return the units, were within the 6 month return policy, but Rhea told us that we had to go through the troubleshooting process with her before she approve the refund.
BTW, we spoke with Rhea in May 2025. Rhea knows that, we have mentioned it before. They're lying in their response to this review.
Google SoftPro Water Systems & read the comments from many other customers who complain about being sold bad units/products & not being allowed to get a refund or replacement or anything.
Rhea has had my husband do the very same steps over & over for 12 months.
In September or October 2025 we asked Rhea for the 2nd time to return the units because they don't work, at that point she said the 6 month return window had already closed. HOW DIRTY & DISHONEST of her, she told us that we HAD to go through the troubleshooting process with her before she could OK the refund.
For 12 months Rhea lied to us, she knew exactly what she was doing... lying to us & tricked us into believing she would approve the refund if after the troubleshooting nothing worked.
We've had the water tested locally & we're told the units we've [the ones bought from SoftPro Water Systems] are not working.
Rhea had us call Canature, the manufacturer, they sent us an email explaining that SoftPro Water Systems had sold us bad units & also units that are not fit for our household needs, in the email they advised us to speak with SoftPro to get our money back, sadly Rhea didn't care about it & refuses to do the right thing, which is give us our money back.
We paid $2,132.65, it's so sad to know that American companies can be so corrupt have no remorse & no moral principles.
If you do business with them be VERY CAREFUL.

Hi Rick, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and want to address the timeline and facts as we have them on record.

We have no record of contact in May 2025 — our first documented interaction is from September 2025, at which point troubleshooting was performed and the system was found to be functioning as designed. We want to be transparent about this because the return window is an important part of the timeline in question.

Following that, our team continued working with you in November 2025 and again in January 2026. In both cases, our technician requested that a water test be completed to verify whether the system was underperforming, as this is a necessary step before any further action can be taken.

That water test was not completed at either of those times.

We understand that can feel frustrating, and we are not dismissing your concerns. The troubleshooting process exists to ensure we accurately diagnose any issue — not to delay resolution.

We are pleased that when water test results were finally submitted, our team promptly agreed to send replacement media for your systems. That reflects our genuine commitment to making things right when we have the information needed to act.

We do want to address the claim regarding the manufacturer's email. We are not aware of any communication in which the manufacturer advised that the units sold were defective or unsuitable — if you are able to share that documentation, we welcome the opportunity to review it.

We regret that this experience has been difficult, and we remain committed to a fair resolution.
