This outfit should be shut down preferably jailed for fraud. I discovered four monthly payments that i could ill afford going to them for nothing. they claim i signed up for a free trial and didnt cancel but I am 80, no longer in business, cannot afford it and no interest. Somehow I was signed up BUT i got all four months refunded when I asked. Well so they say. yet to receive the money.
After purchasing a counselling course a few weeks back, i tried to start it today but the pages do not load. I have tried everything, different computer, signing in and out etc. Nothing. I have contacted their enquiries page but have yet to receive a response. I feel let down if anything, take your money and get absolutely nothing in return!!!!! After reading reviews i regret purchasing through them. AVOID.
Purchased a course through reed.co.uk and was due to get my log in details in 48. That was a week ago and I am still waiting.
I have been in touch with reed who cannot get through to them.
The number on their site just rings off and my "contact" alex.green[at]softskillscourses[dot]com does not reply to emails.
Waste of time dealing with these thieves. And I am clearly not the first to suffer this scam.
On a side note, this is the 2nd scam of a course provider from reed.co.uk and I have reported both.
Big scam. I have been waiting over a week. Can't contact them. Please do not buy a Wowcher or use this company!!! I won't be using WOWCHER again either!!
Bought a course through Wowcher. The website went down for several days over Christmas. Emails bounce back as undeliverable when seeking any help or support. Contact form on their own website doesn’t work..... Try and send a message yourself! There is no support and despite spending hundreds of hours studying I am finding it impossible to gain receipt of my certification! The online course (softskillscourses.com) are owned by A.R Recruitment Consultancy Limited. They too, prove impossible to contact. I am at my wits end, I feel totally SCAMMED and void of any recognition for all my many hours of study. I will be reporting this company to trading standards. Be aware that Wowcher is still selling courses on their behalf and despite being made aware of my situation are not accepting any responsibility.
