I do not recommend Softtrader
I do not recommend Softtrader. Instead of the required volume licenses (VOL), they provide retail keys. They document the origin of the licenses only through their own declaration, which they mistakenly present as an “audit report,” and they are unable to provide proof of the legal chain of previous owners. Furthermore, they sell a larger volume of licenses than they actually purchase. For B2B customers, this poses a huge licensing risk.

Licensing compliance is the core of what we do, so we will address your points directly. We have no record of an order, quote or any other contact under your name, and we have asked Trustpilot to verify this review. If you have done business with us, please send your order number to info@softtrader.eu and we will look into it immediately.
On the substance: Softtrader supplies pre-owned Microsoft volume licenses only. We do not sell retail keys at all, to anyone. Your two claims also exclude each other: a retail key can only be sold once, so a supplier of retail keys could not sell more licenses than it purchases. An "audit report" is not part of our documentation, and no Czech customer has needed one from us in years; what every customer receives is the transfer documentation for a lawful license transfer under the UsedSoft ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU (C-128/11). Every license we sell corresponds to a license we have purchased, and our records show this per license. The suggestion that we sell more than we purchase is false. More than 3,000 companies across Europe have purchased from us on this basis.
