Purchased Windows Pro and emailed over to me minutes later. I was worried it wouldn't be genuine but its 100% genuine and a 3rd of the price of Microsoft. Very impressed.

I had a recent problem with a message appearing on the screen whenever I opened an Office app. It said I had 4 days to activate the Product! I had presumed it had already been activated as it had been working ok.
I emailed Software Supplies, describing the problem, and within 5-10 minutes I received clear and comprehensive instructions from Alicia on how to fix it. My Office product is now running as normal again.
I had some problems when installing Office on my PC a few months ago and the response from them then was also excellent - very prompt and helpful.
Their customer service has been excellent for me.

I purchased MS Office Pro 24 and few days ago because I had recently experienced an irretrievable crash. However a new computer and the transfer of data from old to new I started receiving am MS validation notice each time I opened word etc which was counting down the days to suspension. Hoping to get rid of the problem I made the purchase-this unfortunately did not resolve problem. I contacted the team at SS and Gary responded within minutes. without hesitation he took up the challenge to assist me despite the fact this was a pre-existing condition prior to my purchase. Gary handled the problem remotely via email with written instructions to rid my system software of the residue from a previous badly uninstalled Office pro 21. Over 2 days and me burning the midnight oil the problem was resolved. A fantastic outcome to a very fraut few days, I highly commend Gary a and Alicia at Software Supplies and I do wish them well for the future. I will look nowhere else for future software requirements

Hi Sharmaine, we're sorry you felt compelled to leave a 1-star review. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so this is deeply troubling to us.
Having looked into your case, I can see that our customer service team reached out to you within 3 minutes of your initial enquiry, requesting an error code or screenshot of the issue. They then responded to your follow-up just 7 minutes after receiving the information, with a detailed guide to resolving it — which, as they explained, was caused by an attempt to activate the wrong version of Windows 11 rather than any issue with the licence key itself.
Your subsequent email made no reference to receiving or trying the guide, but requested a refund, which was issued within 30 minutes of that email being received.
Reviewing the correspondence, it seems possible that one or more of our responses may have been missed or filtered into your spam folder. If so, we'd kindly ask you to check for those emails and reconsider your review in light of the full picture.
We are a small UK business, and we make a point of employing customer support staff based here in the UK rather than using overseas services — despite the considerable additional cost of doing so. We have recently moved our review collection to Trustpilot, and reviews of this kind are genuinely damaging to us, and disheartening to a very committed team.

After buying an MS Office product key (after Googling reputable companies to buy from), I had immense difficulties trying to download & install Office to the point I was going to give up, get a refund and go direct to Microsoft (I am not the most techie person truthfully be told!)
I contacted Software Supplies customer support team who could not have been more helpful. Alex immediately understood my problems & offered tech support to resolve my problems. Long story short, we went on a bit of a journey together beginning in early December & ending in late January with an activated product key and fully functioning software!
Thanks to Alex and the team for their support through the whole painful experience. If I ever need software, I know where I will be heading
