After purchase, the response was quick and the key worked perfectly with no issues. This was my 2nd time to purchase product from here.

It was very simple and straightforward.

Paid immediately via credit card, but did not receive the 25-character key for W11 Pro. Onsite chat support simply stalled and failed to provide the product, called by phone but reffered back to online chat, leading me to report the site, received an email stating website technical issues. Following the delays and reports, the company finally sent a functioning Windows 11 Pro key. The software is now activated, but the initial lack of delivery and poor communication made for an unacceptable buying experience. 3 Stars because its now resolved.

MS Office 365 started warning that all my Excel and Word files needed to be stored on OneDrive before they can be edited.
Decided to 'revert' to MS Office + Visio 2024 Professional, but had issues getting things uninstalled/installed/re-installed and activated.
Both purchase and several hours after sales support successfully completed and evrything working.
