Soho Editors Opiniões

We used Andreas for a reel for a crucial client meeting. He had little time and the ask was big (a lot of animation and energy was needed). He delivered well above expectations - senior stakeholders were thrilled with the results, as were the clients.

Everything you need for a successful learning experience: a good teacher and materials provided to practise with as you follow the class. You ask questions as you do in a live setting. Recordings of the class are provided as soon as the course finishes and you can made use of them for the following 3 months.

I really enjoyed my recent completion of the Avid Certified Media Composer Conversion Course for Editors with Soho Editors. I am an experienced editor, who has used Avid briefly several years ago, but nowadays I exclusively use Premiere on a day-to-day basis. Mike, the course leader, did an excellent job of explaining exactly how Avid works and where everything is. I really recommend this course and look forward to putting all the new tips into practice! Big thanks to Soho Editors for this excellent course.

I was quite late in the game with joining SE and oh man did I realise how much I've been missing out on all this time.

The speed in which I got signed and started working was incredible and extremely helpful in pulling me out of a tight spot due to ir35 being implemented.

I've mainly been dealing directly with Laura B and what an, for lack of a better word, absolute legend she is. So kind, fun and easy to communicate with.

It's early days for me and SE. However based on how great the first few months were, I'm really looking forward to seeing what we work on together in the future!

I've been working with Soho Editors for a while now as an editor and just want to say they have been brilliant. They have gotten me so many great jobs, working with some fantastic people, and Laura and Anna are both super friendly and responsive, always there if you need them to help make sure things run as smoothly and easily as possible. They have totally taken the hassle out of looking for projects, something which I was never very good at, invoicing is simple too, and it's been a real joy to be working with them. Would recommend Soho Editors to any editor, client or production company, looking for a professional and reliable service with some cracking people. Thanks!

Why offer a taster course then after you book 3 times in a row hear nothing...

I think I'll go elsewhere for courses.

Really fantastic company, helped me immensely get the role I was after. Couldn’t recommend Nick and the team more.

I've always had a great experience with Soho Editors for recruitment. Nicholas not only understands your brief very well, is fully communicative and quick, but he's provided most of our recent hires. He knows the industry inside-and-out, plus with the added benefits of being a training provider, any holes in any post production skills can be quickly remedied.

I'd been let down by 2 editors and decided to use Soho Editors. Laura was responsive and provided 3 recommendations of which I interviewed 2. I couldn't be happier with our choice - the editor was fast, creative and had great client handling skills. The whole process was fuss free. As first experiences go, it's been pretty great and competitively priced. 10/10.

The training was excellent, lots of good insights and tips, the instructor was explaining everything brilliantly.
John contacted me after the course to provide some extra materials covering a topic we didn't have time to work on during those 2 training days.
Overall, I'm pleased and will recommend the course to everyone.

Recently took an online training course in Resolve with them, which was very good. Following that and completely unrelated Nick from recruitment got in touch via LinkedIn about a job, which I unexpectedly ended up taking. The whole process was smooth and easy. Thanks very much to all at Soho Editors!

Provided a great selection of editors for my quick turnaround project. Very professional and capable service. The editor was great too - pretty stressful job but handled with aplomb.

I have worked with the team at Soho Editors for many years and I have nothing but really good things to say about my experience.

I've had the pleasure to work with Laura and Anna, a great and lovely team.
Both very friendly and professional, through all this difficult year they have been amazing!
Always looking after you and keeping you updated on the latest jobs.

Can't recommend them enough!
They continue to provide the very best service in the industry.

The course instructor was well prepared for the class. He explained everything really clearly and answered all my questions. I had a few aspects I wanted to focus on specifically during the course and the instructor did an amazing job in taking me step by step through all the technical aspects of it. I took a beginners course at a different company and I thought it was a waste of money. Soho editors are really professional and the quality of teaching is excellent.

I've had the pleasure to work with Laura and Anna, and briefly with Nick, and I have to say they are the warmest and friendliest bunch people I've worked with!

Laura and Anna are a cracking team and so far for me they have really delivered beyond what I was initially expecting. They're both friendly and professional and will look after you and will make sure you enjoy the jobs they give you. They have really helped me fall back in love with editing, and have allowed me to focus on the job at hand and not stress about searching for work and dealing with clients.

I've only been with SOHO Editors for a couple of months or so, but I will gladly recommend them to any editor at any skill level - they will find something that suits you!

My only regret is that I took so long to join them!

Can't recommend them enough! :)

A thorough and well-explained course, pitched at a suitable level for those without any prior knowledge of AE and also for those with some. Recommended.

I have worked with the team at Soho Editors for many years. They continue to provide the very best services in the industry for their clients as well as their talent pool. I have also used the training to extend my skills. The course was taught by a leading expert who had years of practical working experience.

Soho Editors are the best!!

I can't recommend their service enough. As a professional working in the industry, Soho, both as an agency and training centre, provide everything you could possibly need to support you and your work. Professional yet personable, if you are in need of post production solutions then look no further than Soho Editors!!

I've been very happy with this first experience of working with Nicholas at Soho Editors to find full time producer talent. He has taken the brief and fulfilled it twice over. Highly recommend giving him a go in the future.

We've used Soho Editors several times for training and to be honest the booking each time has been shambolic with dates being constantly moved at the last minute.

We've had enough now with the recent training session cancelled at the last minute and although we offered to pay for one on one, as it was important, it took them 3 days to organise at which point the trainer wasn't available anyway.

As we aren't London based we lost deposits on train and AirBnB bookings.

It just doesn't seem like a very professional business with poor customer service and management.

To be honest it felt like they couldn't be bothered.

We will certainly not use them again or recommend them to other agencies as we have in the past.
