I placed an order and right after

I placed an order and right after, i noticed that i made a mistake on one of the liquids and instead of 3mg nicotine i ordered 6mg. I sent an email for someone to fix it for me since i couldn't cancel the order and there was no customer service phone number on the website, i also googled the company and found a number, the lady that answered the phone told me that was the "factory" number and said she would have them contact me. i never got a response from anyone to this day. very frustrating.

I ordered 2 bottles back in November

I ordered 2 bottles back in November. Was shipped one. Tried to get ahold of customer service for about two months via email and phone. Finally got a response and they said they would ship out the other bottle. That was about three weeks ago, still haven't gotten it. Sent another email and haven't heard anything back.

They really messed up two of my orders but fixed it

They really messed up two of my orders but after several emails they made it right and corrected their mistakes and used UPS instead of USPS

I placed my order with them on November 30. Paid for the order and heard nothing from them for weeks. After numerous calls and emails to customer service I heard nothing back in response. After I had given up hope and accepted the fact that they robbed me they finally emailed me back. On January 14. No way to do business. Finally got my order after such a hassle. Never again

I would have given a “5-star” rating if it wasn’t for my order taking a week to get here. Paid $5 for shipping... but delays might be due to USPS, not Solace.

You force us to pay for 2 day shipping

You force us to pay for 2 day shipping. Yet I placed my order on Dec 20 as of Jan 4 I still have not received it.

I received an email with a reply stating they emailed me a $30 credit. I have not received an email, nor do I see a credit on my account. I would love to order more of the same juice using my credit.
