I bought two Powersonic batteries from Solarbax in November 2025. After using it for my golf cart, it’s last only 6 months, the batteries only last for 8 holes. I contacted them it’s took them 1 week to tell me to bring the batteries back for testing. After 3-4 days I emailed them twice, at last them admitted that the batteries were faulty. And under warranty process will let me know the results. I’m waiting for 2 weeks then email them 4-5 times but no response. The end that reply “I can’t reply to your every email you do this just slow down the process “. So I wait another week then I email them with “I will go to ACCC if you don’t give me the batteries this week. Surprised, they replied the batteries are ready to pickup or they can transfer to our store. So I decided to ask my friend to go pickup for me. Oh I was in Bangkok at this time, but worst to come my friend turned up and they don’t know anything about it. So my friend contacted me I have to send all the screenshots to my friend once they checked they let my friend take the batteries. See after I told them my friend will pickup they didn’t bother to tell the supplier. This is all true after sale service was the worst I ever experienced. Regards. Thep

I will not buy another thing off Solar Box, after the sales person overcharged us to transport batteries when Solar Box didn't even send them, they came from Invicta themselves. On previous deliveries it was $60 but we had to pay $228,
Don't worry I have a big mouth not unless you want to correct this.
