Ordered my product from what i considered a UK Co all went well got my tracking number told product was on its way, 3 weeks went by no lights got an e-mail to say this product was out of stock checked company reviews realised this was common and the reviews were bad, asked for my money back amazingly in fairness i did get my money back, too much messing around save yourself the hassle just go to Amazon.

After waiting 8 days I received an email stating that the product id ordered was not in stock. What a waste of time! Simply don’t bother

I bought 3 lights and got 2 free. 2 of the lights lasted 48 hours and would not recharge or work . Another 36 hours another 1 stopped working. Wind came and blew one off the bracket and broke the light. I now still have 1 light working. I have sent several emails and nothing was gained by them. I got told to video what is happening to them so after standing in the wind and cold video nothing happens it would not load on the email . I totally give up this company is a complete failure. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WONT GIVE REFUNDS OR REPLACE THEM SO A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Ordering the solar lights was straightforward and they arrived when they said they would. The products are sturdy and are working well.

This vendor is misleading, pretending to be an UK company but in fact is based in China meaning all your customers rights are gone.
Delivery promise is not real. Products are unlikely to match European standards.

Wow what crap quality products. I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. The light went straight in the bin. HUGE RIPOFF!

Rip off price for product delivered,I could have bought this product elsewhere much cheaper,honestly avoid and I hate posting this but what I got for €65 is ridiculous and it took nearly a month for delivery to Ireland.......AVOID.

Delivery was too late and I didn't received products as description, I asked for refund and they took about 2 months to give me back my money and on the top of that, they charge me £28 that they said paypal charge them when paypal said they not charging for refunds, this company is a scam, be careful

Delivery time said 4-7 days, it took over 3 weeks. The product came from China so the website needs to reflect this and update the expected delivery times. I was offered a 15% partial refund by way of apology.

Very happy with the product with 2 exceptions.

(1) No mention on packaging of the requirement to dissemble product in order to find 'On' switch.
(2) One item was missing it's mounting spike.

I purchased a set of solar down lights for my patio area based on seeing their glossy advert online. They cost nearly £50 and on arrival they turned out to
Be very small cheap looking and pretty useless. I have since found what I want at Amazon for £15. These items are far superior than those from Solar Energy Lighting and I won’t make the same mistake again. Based on other reviews I,ve seen I won’t waste my time trying to get my money back.

I made the mistake of purchasing 12 up&down solar light from this company who advise as being UK based and say when you order that they will ship within 2-4 days, but actually the products are cheap ship from China and take 7-10 days. You will find the items at less than a quarter of the price for multiples in ebay or amazon.
The items do not work and you will not get your money back!
They also advise that should you have an fault/issue that you have 30days for a full money back return and they will issue a return label, but the communication is via an email to ‘John Smith’ answered by Sabastien who will ignore your request to return and refund and offer to replace 12 faulty lights with 1, then on complaining again offer a more expensive light. When pointing out consumer rights I was given an address in Bulgaria to return £200 worth of lights to, with a famous surgeons name, no returns label.

I asked why a UK company requires me to send goods out of the uk? Then he gave me a London address with a different companies name, the companies name and address did not match on Company’s House records.

A week later an email pops up asking me to leave a review, strangely enough that review hasn’t appeared on their site? Nor any other negative reviews, unlike here……
Seems like the bots are working well for them on the ‘site’ they have created.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, NOT A GENUINE SITE, NOT UK BASED, NOT UK PRODUCTS, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

They scammed me. Sent light different from the photo. Now no refund or replies to my emails.

Like product, delivery time could improve slightly

Scammers. We bought a light which wasn't working well- bought expensive for a cheap Chinese crap. Asked for return. Sent back and never recieved money back. 2 months still fighting for the money.

They promised me a refund for stuffing up my order. And in the end refused to pay the refund and started making excuses.. what a shame..

Fake website dont buy they scam u for money and dont send products. They will ask u for your bank details and bank info which is quite strange and when u try to get your money back they will say they sent u the product which they never did.
