Overall, had a great experience with Solarfig. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive during the process. Installation went smoothly, and everything was explained clearly. We’re still getting used to how the panels look on our home but functionally everything has been great and we’re happy with the service and savings so far.

Both Rebecca and Collin were informative and supportive from start to finish with getting us set up on our first system. They checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going as planned and answered any and all of our questions. So far we’re loving the system, me personally I’m very happy with it considering my bill has gone down about $205, and the pricing on the system itself. Overall, great experience.

Brought my bill down from $400 per month to $250 per month. I was hoping for more and I got quotes that, on paper, provided me higher savings but I really just felt more comfortable with these guys ability to deliver. The determining factor was really the sales rep. These guys are knowledgeable. They explained to me the difference between the panels, inverters, and batteries, and really what to focus on in general when looking to go solar.

They made it their mission to educate me since I was comparing quotes and their highly detailed nature is ultimately what led me to move forward. I am happy with Solarfig.

Going solar with Solarfig couldn't have been an easier and more straightforward process. This company is full of people that truly care about assisting their customers in making the right choice for their homes. I met with 3 companies prior to this one and I am grateful to have met Collin. Collin explained to me that a lot of these solar companies in which I've contacted prior were simply just trying to oversell me more power than I truly needed. He made sure that I simply was only paying for something more realistic to my need's. Thank you Collin and thank you SolarFig.

We were struggling to keep up with the ever increasing SCE electric rates and Jonathan helped us get approved efficiently and move forward with solar much faster than we expected. We were paying upwards of $700 and now it's less than half of that!!! We are looking forward to the savings this year.

Overall, we had a positive experience with Solarfig. The team was professional and responsive throughout the process, providing us updates every step of the way.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the installation timeline took longer than we expected, which we understand to mainly be due to utility approval and coordination with SCE. That part was outside of Solarfig’s control, but it would have been nice for us to be told that things could take longer here. I’ll spare the name of the representative because we’re not sure if he was even properly informed as he seemed a bit new, but we were told things would be up and running within 1 month and we ended up getting installed nearly 4 months later.
Aside from that, everything went well, and we’re happy with the system and the service we received. I would recommend Solarfig to others who are considering solar but just know things can take longer than expected depending on where you live.

Jonathan kept in touch with us clearly throughout the process and his guidance and knowledge ultimately led us to move forward with Solarfig. Before speaking with him we’ve only ever heard about solar through friends and the occasional door salesman. My wife had been incredibly skeptical about putting the panels up on our roof and Jonathan assured us that the installers would focus on making it look nice and also be protected against birds! (something we didn’t even think about). Sure enough, we got installed within a month and he came through with every promise he made. We will be recommending Solarfig to anyone who asks about solar!
