SolarFrame replaced our old polycarbonate conservatory with a new modern one, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. From the start, the team were professional, informative, and never pushy - they really listened to what we wanted and helped us understand all the options.

The installation was carried out to a high standard, and Connor checked in with us regularly to answer any questions and make sure we were happy at every stage.

We love how modern the new conservatory looks, and we’ve already had compliments from the neighbours. It’s completely transformed the space into an all‑weather, usable room - it feels much more like a proper extension now.

We’re really pleased with both the service and the final result, and we would definitely recommend SolarFrame.

My old polycarbonate roof had started leaking so we called into the Solarframe showroom for a look around.

First impressions were that a solid roof would solve all our problems with leaks and that the room would become a usable space again rather than being a dumping ground come laundry room.

From booking an appointment to completion everything has been seamless. Kat was the coordinator of this project and has made sure we were kept informed of all aspects of the build.

Firstly Adam came to isolate the electrics, before the fitters Nick and Alex arrived on the following Monday morning, bright and early. These 2 guys are grafters, they had the old roof off within an hour and worked quickly to get the new roof in place as they were aware that some inclement weather conditions were coming. Second day they finished their part of the job, fitting the tiles, soffits and guttering.

Adam then returned to run the cables he would need to fit the lights, before leaving again to allow the plasterer to start work on Wednesday morning.

Daz is a brilliant plasterer, he put sheets up to stop any dust from getting into other rooms and has done a first class job of the ceiling. He even got down on his hands and knees to clean the floor, only leaving when he was sure I was happy with his work, and gave me all the advice I needed about allowing the plaster to dry.

Finally after 3 or 4 days when the plaster had fully dried, Adam came back to fit the LED’s and he was swiftly followed by Terry who seals round the edges and cleaned everything down.

All in all, I have found Solarframe to be a highly efficient company, where nothing seems to be too much trouble. Any queries have been answered, all deliveries have been made on time and all the tradesmen and Kat have given a first class service in providing us with our new roof. We are highly delighted with it and can’t wait to get it decorated so it can be put to use.

Solar Frame transformed our 34 year old wooden conservatory, we are delighted with our new garden room! The installation team were excellent, we were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, finish to the roof etc. Everyone was polite, friendly and hardworking!
We can now enjoy our bright, insulated, modern space completed in time for Spring & Summer.

Let’s face it, no one WANTS to have to buy windows and doors, but the staff I dealt with at SolarFrame, from the original sales staff, surveyors, support staff and fitters were all spot on. There were a couple of minor hiccups through the process, but these were all dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The price was reasonable, not the cheapest, but I seem to have received good service and products.
I would happily use them again and recommend them to others

Solar frame were fantastic, reliable, everything and everyone turned up when they were supposed to.
They were £5000 cheaper than the nearest quote. Julia salmon was our coordinater and she was brilliant and always there if you needed her .

Thank you solarframe i carnt thank you enough for my conservatory roof it’s made such a difference now cooler in the summer and a lot warmer in winter. From day one everyone worked as a team all ways on time cleaned up every time they left my conservatory now looks amazing with the spotlight everyone comments about the huge difference would definitely recommend to friends. Good customer service. Great conservatory roof. We had an acrylic roof on our conservatory. It was unworkably hot in summer and too cold in winter. We needed central heating in there and underfloor heating. Now, it's the most insulated room in the house. we no longer need the underfloor heating, and the small radiator is turned down to 1. We are very pleased.

Exceptional communication throughout. When a fitter was injured, they kept us informed of updates to the fitting schedule all the way through. Good aftercare for a minor issue that came up. They even phoned up with a courtesy call 6 months later to check we didn't have any issues.

Our search began with visiting the two Solarframes sites where we could talk to the consultant and view a range of built examples. The planning permission and build plans for our side extension were professionally handled and we were happy with the planned schedule. From start to finish everything was explained and the tradesmen were skilled, clean and respectful. We would definately recommend Solarframes. We are extremely happy with our finished dining/garden room.

This is the second time ive been to solarframe. They’ve fitted a lovely large bay window now im draft free and it looks great. A good experience all round from office staff to fitters.

Excellent from Start to finish - great communication, lovely workmen (big job so had window installers, builder and plasterer - all pleasant, tidy etc). Connor in the office was a brilliant liaison point and dealt with all my queries.

Very efficient and well organised. Everything went in accordance with the agreed plan. The technicians were very friendly and eager to help in minimising any dust or disruption.
I thoroughly recommend them , and congratulate them on a job well done.
Our conservatory is much warmer now in cold weather and free from any water ingress.

i have used solar frame in the past and i have just used them again for a back door great job not many companies you can trust

We chose Solar Frame to replace our polycarbonate roof with a solid roof.
They have an impressive showroom at Rotherham and had just what we wanted.
The job 11500 was delayed due to the weather and didn’t get off to a great start, there were several issues and team changes. Connor and Wayne helped to resolve the issues and get the job back on track.
Jordan, Ben and Andy
completed the job to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end result. Special thanks to Andy who was exceptional.
The new roof has made such a difference, it is warmer, quieter and looks fantastic. Thank you Solar Frame and the team.

Windows installed January 26 , I paid £550 for additional light oak window boards not Duraboard - however we always opted for Duraboard in previous properties as it’s more durable looks far better and gives a solid finish . The ones we had installed with Solarframe have been awful we are still waiting for a replacement for the upstairs and downstair window due to flaws in the wrap on the plastic window sill covering. Been waiting since January .

Also waiting for a glass panel to be replaced in the porch due to a black mark in the glass .

We do need a conservatory replacement soon but I certainly would not do business with Solar frame again . The whole experience has been a mess from the windows getting installed then decided to install the soffits and facias which was a very dirty job , the newly fitted windows ended up full of dusty debris stuck in the seals and crevice's from the old eaves . A more sensible arrangement would have been to do the soffits first then the windows which I did suggest . However it was not taken on board .

Solar frame have been pushing me for feedback which I declined before . They have me 2 £250 vouchers to pass into friends or family wanting work done I wouldn’t recommend .

Had a cheaper quote with Coral wish we had took our business there now .

The sign up could not have been any better. But changed dates first job they was install front door I had a quote to do my garage door but it was not even put through. Promised phone calls they did not get intouch sent no receipt as I Mr Riley ask for. Was going to have my windows replaced but I will find another company
