1.The order was delivered with a 1.5-month delay.
2.The ordered kit was missing 8(!) components.
3.Customer support is completely unresponsive (waited for 5 days).
Overall, the idea is not bad, but the execution is very poor. There are issues with missing components, logistics, and customer support. The soldering iron itself could use more powerful tips, at least the 245s — it wouldn't compromise compactness, but it would add versatility to the kit.

Bouhgt the diy kit in January , the website says that it would come in February. But only after 3 e-mails in march they send me the kit, when I opened it I saw that in a soldering kit is no soldering iron? That was now 2 weeks in the past and I didn’t receive a replacement or a tracking code. It’s really sad that such a good product has such a bad shipment

Having a compact kit with everything you need in it has been really convenient and is a good entry point into soldering for newer users. Shipping wasn’t too long and communication has been great

Great compact soldering station.
Exactly what I always wanted to have - small footprint versatile soldering station that I can take with me.
Love the open source part - have already modified and printed the pen holder since I am left handed.
There were a few bits missing in the deluxe edition I ordered, contacted the support team, and they sent the missing items next day - got them in a week.
The whole process from ordering to receiving took 4 weeks, which was acceptable.

I received my kit about one week ago. I ordered mine in the beginning of March. I read about other reviews on long delivery time, but in my case the delivery was much faster.

I'm setting up a small home workshop in my garage with 3D printer, tools for fixing and building small electronic projects and Soldr was a perfect addition to this configuration. I like the possibility on printing parts by myself, if something breaks down. The design and compactness of the Soldr is absolutely a big plus. It is easy to take with you and the Deluxe edition contains everything to get started.

Overall I'm happy with the product.

I ordered my SOLDR original in January 2026 with estimated shipping in February. They started shipping in the beginning of March according to support and I received the kit in mid March, but without the soldering iron that was supposed to be included. So I have not been able to use it, but support has stated that they estimate the soldering iron to be shipped in a week or two.

Actual: other things without Soldering Iron. It didn’t cost announced price.

Very good communication regarding delay. High quality, everything was included, safe packaging. You get what you pay for, and the support and setup manual is really well made.
