You scammers give my money back,i did not purchase anything from you‼️‼️‼️‼️

They’re a scam, they will refuse to give you a refund and think you’re satisfied with the $6 you do get back but try to layer it with “store credit” I’m very upset and have been ignored for a whole week. They are not much help over the phone and superiors don’t want to talk to you or help.

I was charged for extra things that I did not approve of. I actually didn't order anything from this company but I was charged by them. The company did reach back out to me after my request for a refund and asked for me to give them 4 or 5 stars for being good people and refunding me. I will not be buying from them again and will not give them 4 or 5 stars just because. 3 is what I'll change my review to because they did respond saying they'd refund me.

Very positive experience. I explained my situation to Emily and she patiently listened and provided the answers I was looking for. In addition she went above and beyond what guidelines are in place by issuing a refund for the amount invested. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Something that is rare these days!
