Ich hatte die Graue Haarfarbe bestellt die angeblich dunkle Haare ohne Blondierung grau färbt, wird ja auch ganz toll gezeigt und auch Frauen vorher und nachher, das Zeug stinkt erbärmlich und wirklich ganz eklig, habe eine dicke Strähne versucht zu färben und es ist gar nix passiert. BITTE FINGER WEG DAVON !!! Allerdings habe ich mein Geld wieder bekommen, ohne Probleme. Ich würde der Firma empfehlen, die Produkte zu testen bevor sie sie verkaufen.

Ich hatte einen MultChop bestellt, der sich nach längerer Lieferzeit einstellte uns sich als ausgesprochen minderwertig erwies.
Ich wollte ihn zurück schicken- ein bis heute nicht gelungenes Unterfangen.
Antworten kamen immer sehr zögerlich, ewige Nachfragen, zuletzt das Angebot, ich könne das Gerät gegen 30% Rabatt behalten.
Ich habe es abgelehnt und erneut nach einer Adresse für das Retour gefragt- bislang immer noch keine Reaktion.
Mir scheint, es handelt sich um einen ausgesprochen unseriösen Händler mit Billigstware.

This company is a scam. I placed an order Aug 07,2025. Have not received my order. No phone number to call only email they have, they don't respond. I am going to see if I can still dispute this charge through my CC. It really angers me.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes that were not at all true to size and have been trying to return them and no one answers my emails.

The sandals I ordered look NOTHING like the pair shown on the website. Very plastic and flimsy. Advertised as orthotic, NOPE. Very thin, misshapen, unsupportive sole.
I have tried to contact the company SEVERAL times for return information by clicking on the "contact us" button on their website, with no reply.

It is a scam.I never received my order. Website is down now.I saw their product under another name…
Scam. I dispute the charges with my credit company.

This company is a scam, buyer beware! I bought 3 pairs of orthopedic shoes as advertised on Facebook. I did receive the shoes about 1 month later (shipped from mainland China) they were of poor quality, were too small and offered no arch support. I tried to return the shoes. The link for return form on the company's website did not work. I contacted the company and offered to ship the shoes back. I explained 3 times that the link did not work, the company never provided a shipping address. After several emails I was offered an option to keep the shoes and receive a 50% refund. I accepted this offer but have yet to receive the refund almost a month later.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from online retailer Solenza-New York.com. Because I received no update on shipping, I tried to contact the company. I discovered that Solenza’s website had no physical address or Contact numbers. Furthermore, the website links to inquire about tracking and shipping were dead and invalid links. Solenza Site has only an online form, which I used to send 3 inquiries. I received no update or any response. There is no way to contact this company. My subsequent Internet research revealed that I was not alone and that this company was a scam. I contacted my credit company to dispute the charge. I used Shopify to pay for the shoes. Hence, I alerted Shopify of Solenza being a scam company.

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Haare brechen ab, die Farbe wird nicht mal annähernd angenommen. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert! Nie wieder!!!!

Bieten Produkte mit versprechen an, die nicht realistisch sind. Z.B. Haarfarbe, die dunkle Haare sofort grau machen soll ohne zu schädigen. Und dieses angebliche Wundermittel kostet auch noch pro tube knappe 35euro und auf Amazon kriegt mal zwei Stück für knappe 13euro.
