I have been double charged

I have been double charged. There is no one to contact regarding this issue. The chat feature is down and there is no phone number. This is so horrible. My bank has 2 transaction taking $123 each time. This is ridiculous.

New kid on the block

For one thing I was under the impression that I would get money in minutes but it took 3 days before I received anything. I could've been on the road stranded meaning I would have been up @#$& creek. I went back and forth to the help center which helped to clear up somethings but I was new and it just frustrated me more

Please note there are 2 types of withdrawals - Instant and ACH.
ACH withdrawal is free but takes 1-3 business days to settle while instant comes with a small fee but is real time.

Its easy to use

Its easy to use, it had a gew glaring issues though ill vontinue to use it and if these glaring issies are fixed ill update my review to reflect it
First off the bad;
The late fee if a borrower pays late aay 250 + 20 donation solo will take $30 even with a tip of $20 this is. -$10
Second) solo lending protection is scummy it forces you to take a 10% loss period if the borrow is 24+ hours late.
3) i loved from 84041 to 92675, but i can not update my zipcode im app so i can not use outside funds to improve lensing
4) the 1:1 lending they enforce prevents you from laoning to any score of 85+ without also taking high risk loans of 50-75ish
5) when attempting to use the chat function on android the chat bar on the ux is below threshold (can not be tapped) this means help is unavailable ever especially as im not comfortable with using discord witu them
The reason for 3 stars?
These issues are GLARING but during a transition period i was able to take an emergency loan it saved my bacon
2) lending is EASY if you're smart about it
3) you get to genuinely help people
4) the ive honestly recommended it to a few friends that need help.
5) i can log in any time see someone that needs help, look at their last 3 borrows and determine what to do
5) the tip system is adjustable easily so.

Yes, ill.keep recommending solo

P.s) will increase to 4 stars if the solo team actually reaches out to me any time soon
5 stars if they fix that ui problem (on an android device s23+)
