I purchased a Toyota Auris from this dealership on 17th November for my 79-year-old grandfather, and it has been an absolute nightmare.
​We have had constant mechanical issues, including a faulty Valvematic actuator and—most alarmingly—a brake fluid leak. Selling a car with leaking brakes is a massive safety risk, especially for an elderly driver.
​When we returned the car for repairs, we were repeatedly lied to. Staff claimed the car was "good to go," but it was obvious no work was done—the car was simply left sitting outside BOC. Because of their incompetence, I’ve had to source my own parts and pay for repairs out of pocket just to make the car safe and functional.
​To make matters worse, the dealership is now completely ignoring all my emails regarding reimbursement.
​This process has caused my grandfather an incredible amount of stress. They are happy to take your money, but as soon as there is a problem, they go silent and ignore their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act.
​Avoid this place at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable, and have zero regard for customer safety.

Bought a car took out warranty first week loads of issues can’t get hold of sales team don’t return calls or emails avoid at all costs

I recently bought a car from this company.
I was given an out of date log book.
Therefore the car could not be taxed online or at the post office. It cost me £25 for a new log book and I had to wait four weeks for it to be replaced.
I spoke to the dealers colleague to voice my frustration and he was rude and obnoxious.
I would not recommend this company to anybody.

because i didnt want to use there finance company they wanted to charge me £1000 admin fee because they would lose out on the commission, also check the google reviews avoid like the plague. awful customer service. car went up invalue by two on auto trader but was not the same price on ebay. so miss leading would not buy anything of these guys. Dont think his name is adam either.

Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Take your hard earned money, happy to take your money but then do not sort issues.

New car and MOT with bald tyres?!

Bought a car, had a few issues and required a service.
They did not service or repair the car.
and state it has passed a MOT.
But they use a dodgy Mot center (friend) to get vehicles passed. avoid if you can.

The worst experience I've ever had.
I received a car with two warnings on the dashboard, and it stopped working after a few days. The company refused to take the car back and stopped answering my calls. I had to consult the finance company to deal with the incident, and the car was returned to the finance broker after six months of struggle. The owner and worker at the company is Sohail, who uses an outsourced showroom for his cars.
