Great service, I ordered and got next day delivery. I had called previously to check if I could still avail of next day delivery at the time I was ordering and the lady on the phone was really nice and helpful

My orders are faulty and unable to use. Company refused to give me a refund or exchange my two machines only just purchased and both faulty and dangerous to use, could actually burn some one.
Absolutely shocking both new machines are faulty and dangerous to use. Unable to send back machines and buy new ones until checked. No refund policy or exchange of machines.
Unfortunately I won't be shopping in Navan solo again.

Generally, when two machines experience similar issues—such as blades overheating or catching—it’s often due to maintenance factors like improper oiling, cleaning, or use of unsuitable cleaning products, rather than a manufacturing fault. It’s rare for two separate machines to develop the same blade-related issues simultaneously, which is why regular maintenance is essential for clippers and trimmers.
Blade issues like these are typically resolved through realignment, cleaning, and oiling, and our team is available to inspect the items to confirm the best solution. If you’d like assistance with the inspection process, please feel free to reach out.
