Ordered a pair of glasses over 2 weeks ago. Order has not shipped, no updates, tried to call customer service a recording says there is no one to help you leave a message.

I never received my order. This is a scam.

I placed an order, but I received Dolce & Gabbana glasses instead of the Burberry ones I ordered—not to mention that the wait time was three weeks.

I had an amazing experience with this online glasses company! The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and very professional. They offer a huge variety of styles and designs, making it easy to find the perfect pair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality glasses and great customer care.

The customer service number does not work

Zero updates or communication about my order, I’m not even sure this is a real company. Would not recommend using them ever.

Costumer service is horrible. The glasses never shipped and I contacted them and never heard back but only got an email saying they were closed for Passover.

Received counterfeit item with no box case or papers. Item was used showing signs of previous wear

I didn't receive 3/14/6 my order.

Not sure this is even legitimate. The the order confirmation came from some weird email address and there was not Us solstice sunglasses.com domain. I wrote back to customer support to confirm and the ticket was immediately closed. I have not received the items but will circle back here if I ever do and it’s not rip off.

When do you guys start shipping. Order $450 glasses and still don’t have a tracking number

I was looking for new frames for my prescription glasses and found a great price for the ones I was interested in. Previously purchased another pair of sunglasses. Came in on time and well packaged , zero issuse .

Everything was easy and clear to made it, just only one more thing you need to add at your site online to be perfect, give to your customer the option at checkout the opportunity to split payment when customers wants to pay with more than one method payment.

The RayBan I ordered have some scratchy feel on the temple of the sunglasses. It looks like it’s used, and a bit old. I am not happy, I wonder if I will get my full refund.

I have not recieved an update on shipment and no one has reached out to contact me back about it it has been 2 weeks
