Easy ordering, quick delivery when stated, good looking well made picket fence for the price

I filed a dispute with Somerlap because I was not happy with the quality of their products. Not only they supply poor quality products but they are also very laid back about resolving the issue

I have used Somerlap for several years for both personal and business installations and they have always been friendly, helpful and, although rarely required, swift to resolve issues when they occur.

The Office Team are amazing, they're fast to respond and always try their best to cater to customer requests, even at very short notice.

The Yard Team are fantastic and always show willing to assist in loading, which can't be said for a lot of their competitors.

Some time before Storm Darragh hit, I ordered fence panels, posts, boards and postcrete to be delivered. Somerlap only deliver to my postcode on a Friday (which is fair enough). When the delivery arrived, the driver admitted that he’d forgotten to put the gravel boards on. He said that a friend would drop them round later together with the paperwork.

By Monday lunchtime there was still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phoned the office. I was informed that the boards had been delivered and had been placed over my side gate. I looked, no sign of them. The response: “Oh, OK I’ll get them delivered.”

Wednesday and still no sign of the boards or paperwork. I phone again. The office has no idea why I’ve been lied to 3 times. I’m told that the boards will be delivered later.

I wish I could say that the boards were worth waiting for. They weren’t - one had significant damage to it.

Well at least there’s some consistency. The quality of their service is matched by the quality of their product.
