Amazing presenters great to hear what’s on horizon for sonder

The Sonder Summit is such an inspiring and well-organised event. The speakers were engaging, the sessions practical and thought-provoking, and the atmosphere really encouraged connection and collaboration. I feel energised with fresh ideas to bring back to my work. A brilliant experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone considering attending in the future.

A great cause, with great results

I reached out to Sonder for support, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing and stressful experience.

While they did go over their processes to see if and how they could help me, the actual assistance I received wasn’t helpful. I was referred to someone, but the appointment isn’t until next Tuesday (4 Days later)—which is far from ideal when you’re reaching out for urgent support.

They also suggested some external sites, which I could have easily found on my own. Overall, the experience felt unsupportive. If I weren’t a strong person, this process could have been quite overwhelming.

I appreciate that they have a system in place, but it doesn’t feel like the best avenue for urgent or immediate care. Sonder really needs to reconsider how they respond to people in need, as the current setup doesn’t provide the level of help one would expect in those moments.

But hey, they let you know when it’s magpie season 🤦
