Horrible! Poor customer service. Can’t get a controller which is the brain of the bike. It defected on a bike with only 400 miles on it.

1st, no one will work on my bike In Chico Ca where I live. 2nd, half the bike shop I take my bike to say they cannot get parts and the other half say the Sondors like of Bike is of such poor quality, they will not work on a Sondors bike. Worst mistake I ever made. Lastly, trying to talk to someone AT donors in LOS ANGELS
is impossible. I simply gave up! My bike sit here with only 38 miles on it. Then it stopped working. Had the battery check. Good condition. So went to bike shops in Chico, Red Bluff, yuba City, Marysville. No bike shop will work on it. Question, would Sondors take my bike back for $500. Thank you. Brian Heinz

Never received Metabeast pre-order
Never received Metabeast pre-order. Paid $3000 in June 5 2023 and nothing no update. No communication. Bought a lot of bikes from Sondors, probably 10 or more. Now this. Horrible
Great bike but larger than advertised
I didn’t like the bike was only one size fit all and that the stand over height was actually taller than listed. My bike was 30.5 inches under the seat but about 32 inches where I actually needed to stand. I’m a shorter man, so that made a difference.
My Sondors Madmod electric bike arrived…
My Sondors Madmod electric bike arrived with a defective battery charger. Charger never functioned at all. I contacted Sondors and they said it was a battery issue and they sent me a replacement battery. Well when that battery died the battery charger still doesn’t work! I told Sondors from the start that it was a charger issue but they refused my advice. So, now I have a $3,000.00 dollar coat rack in the garage. I have been searching online for a replacement battery charger without any luck.
The bike itself is awesome and I really like it but the company is non responsive.
Scam of a company
Scam of a company. They sold a product that they never created. Also forged fake shipment documents an claimed they actually shipped a bike that was never created. Scam company stay far away

I purchased a MetaBeast 12 months ago and have had no response (and no bike) from Sondors since, despite frequent emails to them.

Paid for but we never received our bikes!
We never received our bikes depsite paying in full. We never were able to talk to anyone, every phone call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. No emails were ever responded to. We had to contact our credit card company to have the charges reversed which took months, over $7000 worth of charges. Never do business with Sondors. I found that I wasn't alone in this problem. Many other people had the same problem.

Answer phone calls or emails
Answer phone calls or emails. Have a product that can be available to purchase and receive in a timely manner less than multiple months or even never as in my case. Have someone that will give an honest answer of the actual ETA instead of lies to keep you waiting. After 5 months, I never received the rockstar that I paid for and when attempting to recover my refund Sondors was less than any help and I had to go through my credit card company to have them request my refund.
