The company creates personalized songs, and based on my experience, they met the deadlines and delivered a song that I absolutely loved!

Kelley Losinger did my song and it could not have turned out better. I gotta say I was a little worried about spending so much money on something that I couldn't hear until it was fully completed. But it was so worth the money. First of all Kelley has a beautiful voice. The lyrics she wrote made the song feel so personal. When my song was done I listened to it about 8 times in a row because I was so happy with it. I know my wife will absolutely love this song when I give it to her. I'm so happy with how this turned out. I highly recommend Kelley to everybody who is looking for a beautiful song.

My artist was amazing and definitely a 5 star! I just wish the service had a better at where you could coordinate with your artist on what style you’re going for, things to include, ect. Kelly was fantastic and we love the song.

It was easy. I love that it is affordable and done with real artist. I did pay $10 extra for a revision. I would have liked to change 2 words also but I didn't have another chance. I understand the artist are busy and it is affordable for a reason. I love my song, I am always singing it. I am so excited to tell others.
I was confused with the descriptions of the song types. I wasn't quite sure which I wanted to choose. What is the difference between happy and reflective. Or with a slow beat or a medium? I would have liked to hear what the different sound could be and make a choice.

I was hopeful that I would like the song and figured it would be a great unique gift. What I didn’t expect was the outstanding quality of this song. As multiple friends have commented, it should be on the radio! I’m blown away by what Younique was able to create in a few days. I highly recommend this company and this artist!

found his voice quite easy to listen too , and the song was close to the heart .

Honestly this has to be the best gift or special occasion idea ever created. Honestly most fantastic. I have created three songs so far and each one has been unique and so so special.

What an awesome, unique experience. You get to choose an artist (which is VERY hard) then submit details for the musician to create a song specifically for your loved ones. I did this for my parents 50th wedding anniversary - so special to have a song talking about how they met. Beautifully written, vocals and music. Also the customer service (the chat box on their website) is quick to respond and very kind. If I had the money I would get several songs written for my family. These songs are so low-effort and cheesy. I sent in a request for the first dance wedding song. What I got back was a strange eerie, not romantic, spooky song.

Everything I wrote to the artist was taken literally, there was no creativity or genuine effort.

Customer Service was lacking in hours of availability. I'd love a feature where I can message the artist or have them message me.
Was also not sure if the site was a scam because the file didn't get updated until I spoke with someone at customer service roughly 12 hours after the expected deadline. These few details were frustrating to experience, but everything else was top-notch and professional.

What a sweet gift this is! Audrey did a phenomenal job. It was personalized but also still so musically engaging. She left the sweetest personal note which endeared my heart to this 10 year wedding gift for my husband even more! I am so glad I went with this company over the competing company! The artists make more/song as well!
