The service for ordering was perfect and the delivery process looked to be good , but when I inspected the delivery by DPD. Half of the delivery was missing which meant I had to reschedule my contractors until the delivery has been completed in the next week .

Good product, easy ordering, but disappointed with the delivery - the delivery company would not take the products off their van . it was fortunate that a neighbouring company kindly used their forklift to remove the pallet with our package otherwise we would have been stuck

Our needs were complex. Mark advised brilliantly, samples were sent. Works approved. The acoustic felt was easy to work with and install. Would 100% recommend!
