DONT BOTHER ! I *pre ordered* a funko pop from them in summer 2022, it’s February 2023 and nothing has ever been shipped. In my emails they kept saying that stock would come October 2022 and then nothing came so I emailed, now they’re just ignoring my emails. Literally scammers.

2 Pre-orders and no contact since orders were placed 6-8 months ago is enough to make the most patient/optimistic customer concerned. Lo and behold, patience and optimism has backfired spectacularly as the company is bust. No communication to advise of this downfall and orders left in limbo. Refunds about as likely as a certain largest-country-in-the-world's leader winning the blue-and-yellow flagged neighbour's man of the year award and just as likely to take responsibility for their situation as he is.

Pre-ordered a Funko last summer set to ship in October. In October they said it was delayed in January and I emailed them and received a reply from Scott who said everything would be fine. Now it's February and no order and no replies to my queries. Hoping I can get the money back somehow aNd Will contact my bank.

No delivery, no customer service.
I placed an order with Sonner Toys over 18 months ago for an item that was on pre-order. Items have still never shipped, no response to any of my emails to their customer service requesting a refund, emails to sales just get a reply saying "contact customer service". Abysmal - avoid.

Please please no one buy from this company if I could I would give them no stars preordered 2 items back in may of 2021 and after a year and a half of waiting I cancelled my order was told no problem getting a refund contacted them again a couple of times after no refund came after a month to be told I was in the system now 5 months after cancelling no refund and they have stopped replying to my messages don’t know how company’s can’t get away with this as I know I’m not the only person that have the same issue with this company

Company as far as I k ow has now been shut down never got my items or was never told the company was closing. Luckily I got my money back from PayPal.
Just hope people see this so they know the company is out of business.

Order a preorder for October.
Never received preorder, attempted to contact company via email and social media with no reply. It’s been several months since this product was due to be sent out and nothing received. Scam company.

The only reason I give 1 star is there is no 0 star. Same experience as others, pre ordered, no update, on reply, horrible experience. I hope I read all these reviews earlier to avoid this company.

Pretty much the exact same as every one else!
Ordered Brock lesnar in March/April 2022 was due to be released 31st July 2022, never got it still to this day bought him elsewhere luckily I pre ordered so only paid £4 honestly they're not even worth an email.

Thieves. I preordered from them in June 2022 and received nothing - the expected fulfilment date came and went. The last message was from November and they've been ignoring me since, no offer of a refund. Have only discovered through these reviews that they have liquidised, despite their store still being live.

Report these scammers to Trading Standards - I have!

Awful company. Placed a pre-order with them in March of 2022 for two Pop figures. Kept a regular eye on their website for updates on release date. Shipping dates came and went. Got changed. Came and went again. Had no response from queries left via email. Discovered that the company has been doing this to other customers for an incredibly long time. Disgraceful and such a shame as the staff who worked the Salisbury store were always so pleasant and helpful. Shame. Frustrated beyond belief that I won't see a refund for the order and that I've missed out on the items I ordered.
If you're a new customer and are thinking of ordering from here (as their website is still active as of 22.01.2023) please, for your own sake, look elsewhere!

Absolute scam. I am considering taking legal action against the company to get my money back that I've been promised months ago.

Paid for an order months ago. Never came. No response to my emails chasing it up

Similar experiences to others. Two separate pre-orders just never arrived in stock, despite waiting almost a year past the estimated arrival dates.

Customer service eventually informed me via email (only after I opened a PayPal case) that this was due to ongoing issues with suppliers, despite the items being in stock with almost all other retailers.

A number of my emails have been ignored over the last eleven months, and when I finally got a response, I was promised a refund, which was never actually processed.

I've now got my refund from PayPal and am working with my bank on the other order; anyone with a pre-order, I'd advise you do the same.

I'm not surprised at all to read that Sonner Toys have gone out of business.

Sonner toys has gone out of buisness, their website is still working so be carefull, there is facebook link about them going out of buisness.
Im owed £370, and no chance of now ever getting my order. To add insult to injury many of those items I ordered are long since no longer on sale

Ordered funko pops for my son, back in June 22. Have only received 1 item, cost £11.99. The rest, altogether comes to £93.00. Have sent numerous emails, which to begin with they replied to & blamed undelivered items on their supplier. They kept promising they would get more deliveries, but 8 months later, still nothing!! Have asked for a refund twice now & no reply to these emails.
It is unbelievable that their web site is still up & running with no doubt unsuspecting customers falling into the same trap!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Initially good but then no contact.
I contact Sonner for an update on my order. Julia replied and was very helpful sending two out of four of my items so I could get them sooner. It has now been 12 months and I have not received the other two items and have been chasing for a refund since July 2021. I would not recommend Sonner or use again.

Ordered a black series Captain Rex in August 2021 ! As expected no reply to emails and they have now closed their shop in the cascades, Portsmouth so unlikely to have any joy now with a refund. Im going to trading standards and would advise all other disgruntled customers to do the same. This is basic theft and shouldnt be left unanswered !

As with others, it's clear that the company has closed down, taking with them all our money. Harry-James Strevens, the MD, has a lot to answer for. Currently they own me £2184.65, and no sign of him responding to any emails, social media posts, or any other form of communication I can find. I've used this company for over 2 years now, with a total of 60 orders. I accepted the excuses of delays as I know what Funko can be like with their release dates constantly being pushed back. But it's clear that Harry has known for some time that he either couldn't fulfil the orders, or couldn't pay his customers back. I've heard the local press are possibly getting involved, and I, along with several others, are looking to get legal advice and possibly instruct a solicitor to reclaim the monies owed by Harry. Such a shame as well, the company started out great, but clearly that didn't last. Avoid at all costs, not just this company, but be wary of any company Mr Strevens opens up in the future.

Thought mine was the odd case but after checking on here it seems I’m not the only one. Ordered a couple of funko pops back in July of last year with an expected delivery date of October. Completely forgot about it until I saw one of the pops now available elsewhere for cheaper (and it had seemingly been available for a while). Decided to check I hadn’t just missed a dispatch email and I hadn’t. Tried contacting the company but after looking here and seeing others weren’t successful and with my buyer protection ending through PayPal in 3 days I decided to report it through PayPal’s resolution centre and got an automatic refund due to when they were supposed to arrive.
