Went in for a consultation on Monday and it felt very rushed. Danni talked extremely fast. Said there would be a $500 cost to hold the price I was quoted until the end of the month and then we discussed financing and once I mentioned possible cash payment she said the $500 would be waived. Told me first available surgery day was in about 2 weeks. Mentioned I would meet the surgeon prior to surgery. I brought up my concern of recovery and mentioned I did not have anyone that could drive me the day of surgery or take care of me after. She proceeded to tell me I would just need someone the first 24 hours to look after me but then would be fine to take care of my own surgical dressing afterwards. I live alone with my dog and she said I would be fine and would just be "muscle" sore. My hairdresser referred me to Sono Bello and told me a little about the recovery and informed me that you will need help after surgery but Danni assured me I could do it alone. Having a medical background, some of the information she provided me was concerning. Reached out a few days later and was wanting to get things moving forward. She then proceeded to inform me that "most patients " put a $2,500 deposit down, which was significantly higher than the original $500 she told me and she said the $2,500 would "lock" in the quote for 12 months. My excess skin is a significant amount, which hangs to my upper thighs and covers my genitals, which was a concern for me since you are technically awake during the surgery. I then went online to look up reviews and most of all the reviews were worry some and right then I decided that I will not go to Sono Bello. It sounded too good to be true right off the bat and it most certainly was too good to be true.

On my first visit. I was shown before and after photos for venus legacy firming. I was asked to tell my budget but the atmosphere gave me no other choice than to accept theirs. They seemed nice after receiving the down payment. I did the first five procedures and each time was asked to write them a review. I wrote nice ones which made them happy. But they never cared to reciprocate. Had I known that in the end I'd be shown unwarmliness I wouldn't have started at all. I met some people in town who did venus at other places for 30-40 minutes at same price and they have me for 20 minutes and they saw results after five visits. I believe I saw no results because of the rushed less time given. They told me I have 0.5 inches shed so I will go down after the 8th visit. I called on my way to my 6th visit, just to clarify because there was some payment coming up and was told my session was closed till I made more payments. Of course I was told upfront that the first payment was for half treatment. However, they had no excuses for closing the deal on me because first, I havent seen any results yet, and two its a continuous procedure which I didn't say it was for free. I was definitely going to pay for the other half but I needed a honest discussion about their shorter, rushed sessions than other places. That must've been the reason I remained same as day 1. The receiver even hang up on me as I expressed my concern. I called back and although I received a call back later I just knew I had to end it. They want your money and reviews on every platform but do not care if you have zero to horrrible results.

You know the saying if it is too good to be true, it is? Well, this is the BEST WAY to describe my experience with Sono Bello. I spent 14K to have AB EX done & some back fat removed. I went last August when I was 52 yrs. old. Neither procedures worked & it is far from going for 1 visit like they advertise on TV. The treatment is 1 visit but you go a total of approx. 10 visits. I am 5'9", weigh 160 and I am in the healthy BMI category. I had a small stomach pouch & my husband always knew I had always dreamed of a flat stomach. To make a very long story short, the initial consultation is a great experience & you are shown pictures of completely FLAT stomachs (before & after) & my existing stomach was smaller than all of the before pictures so I was confident that I would have great results. I also never had any children. I did "everything" you have to do prior to having the AB EX Lipo such as drinking a gallon of water every day for a week prior to my Lipo appt. & stopped taking certain medications. Afterwards, I wore my compression garments without ever cheating, ate a high protein diet, drank a gallon of water of day, exercised regularly, ordered the foam boards & wore them when sitting, took the Arnica, went to every one of my Balancer treatments (lymphatic drainage sessions at Sono Bello), used a great collagen cream over the areas once my incisions were healed & went to every follow up appt. without fail. My end result is worse than what I started with & I have far from a flat stomach. My pouch is higher up now & harder to hide with clothes and I have a section of fat that jiggles when I walk down further that looks like a smiley face. I met with the actual Doctor who did my Lipo & she asked me what my concerns were all while you are standing there in a small bikini bottom & small bra top that they give you and she acted as if she couldn't see that I had FAR FROM A FLAT STOMACH. Their satisfaction guarantee means nothing and I have gotten more results from a Liposuction Cream that I ordered from Amazon. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TONS OF FRUSTRATION. It was such a waste of "hard earned money" & I had to get an entirely different wardrobe since my stomach fat just switched from lower to a higher position. I also had to get bras that cover my back fat since that procedure failed as well. Everyone is very kind that works there; however this is the only positive thing I have to say about this company.

In am eating all the comments.ninjas truly looking into this but stepping back. Therefore truly scare me. Yes everyone's different, but reviews all to in the same direction. Had results, terrible service from doctors and staff. Thank you for the reviews!

A wonderful woman from corporate racked out( shout out to Abby) genuinely concerned about my issues and did her best to work with me and the company on a reasonable solution . I have to get the surgery, I was worried about the cost, and fortunately they were able to prawns something reasonable and hopefully negotiable at the final financing process! Thank you for listening Sonobello, the work over all was great and hoping and wishing for ultimately a better result. Nothing is perfect but as patients we prefer and will pay for self satisfaction and a little customer service love!

Male Patient - 50's: I'm in very good shape and have lifted weights since I was in my 20's, but had some stubborn fat between my pec/armpit (non-gynecomastia) that no amount of dieting or exercise would resolve. I chose a minimally invasive procedure such as Sono Bello (laser lipo) vs a non-invasive procedure such as Coolsculpting because I wanted instant results, knowing that there would be some down time and recovery involved. The staff at Sono Bello was great, from my initial consultation with Christina (Newark office) to my actual procedure with Dr Park and nurse Justine (King of Prussia office). The next day when I took off my compression garment to take a shower I saw right away that I had the "curve" back on the outer edge of my pecs and I was so pleased. It's been 2 weeks and I have 2-4 more weeks of compression to go. Very happy so far and can't wait to see the final results this summer as my healing becomes complete and everything settles in. If you are a person in relatively good shape and you have a stubborn area to address then Sono Bello could be the right option for you. Just know up front that you will have to get through several weeks of recovery.

The day I had came in for surgery and they told me to take theses pills and a couple mins later came and got me then told me to lay down and he started the procedure and I told the dr i was in pain and I moved my leg and he threated me then left the room to deal with another patient he was gone 15 minutes then came back yelled at me and said if I didn't sit still he was going to stop the surgery and I won't get my money back and continued to get mad then told me to take more pills and I was awake the whole time and in excruciating pain and crying it hurt to bad then he hurried and did the procedure and had me get up get dressed and I was in so much pain i felt like i couldn't walk and the medication was messing with me the nurse wheeled me to my car and I had puddles of fluids and blood in my seat when I got out and I was in so much pain and they didn't care but I also went back for my appointment after the procedure and the dr would not come in my room he had the nurses deal with it and I was only supposed to be out of work a week I was out of work for three months and now I have permanent nerve damage and still til this day I have pain in my ribs and hips and couldnt lay or sit right for weeks i have so much more to say that happened but I'll leave it here. It was the worst experience I have ever been through.

I'm high BMI, so let's start with that. I'm not a thin thing with a tweak to few made. I scheduled upper, lower ab lipo, back bra area and Ab Ex.

I'm giving a 3 because the results are mostly good. What's not good is:
A) I was allergic to the surgical tape so my first week was bad. Not their fault.
B) it seems my body is rejecting my sutures, so my scar is not healing. My sutures are trying to exit my body. Again, not their fault, but their response seems cold. The nurse said to cut off what I can in my own and asked why I took so long to say something.
C) I've had to cut out/off more sutures just to get parts of my scar to heal, so I asked to see the surgeon at my 3 month appointment. I was visibly upset. It's almost a 2 hour drive and she just said to "stop picking at yourself." Didn't even look closely. Really?! No help, no recommendations, nothing. Google has been more helpful.
D) I also asked about a large distended part of my abs, beneath my new belly button. It's the size of an avocado and sticks out as it i had an avocado cut in half and shoved onto my underwear. It's OBVIOUS! I think it's a Incisional hernia or saroma. She completely ignored it and told me to wear lipo foam.

I'm going to see about getting a second opinion. Maybe I'll change my score after the referral, but Dr. G'S bedside manner needs help!

I saw and was worked on by one of the rudest physicians around. Dr. Ghisletta yelled at me during the procedure because I was complaining of pain and asked for a break, which she refused to provide. I was lied to regarding follow up. You will NEVER see the doctor after the procedure - I was told I would see her during the 6 month appt. Nope. Nurses only. Worthless follow ups. Find a real surgeon to do your procedures.

“I strongly do not recommend this clinic. I underwent liposuction and skin removal surgery after being promised clear, visible results through their advertising and consultations. However, even after one full year, there is absolutely no improvement. My abdomen looks exactly the same as before, with loose skin and no noticeable change whatsoever.

In addition, I was left with a large, very noticeable, and disfiguring scar that was never properly explained or disclosed to me beforehand. The results I received were completely different from what was advertised and promised to me.

I paid a very high amount of money based on misleading advertising and unrealistic promises. This experience has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and truthful advertising—none of which I received from this clinic.”

Sono Bello is a total rip off! I had work done on my inner thighs. I told the doctor I wanted to look good in a swimsuit and he looked at my thighs and said “I can fix that”. He performed lypo on my inner thighs and I never saw the doctor or any other doctor for that matter again. It’s been 6 months and the skin is sagging like elephant skin from the fat they removed. The after pictures look worse than the before pictures. Now they are trying to tell me I need Venus treatments to firm up the skin and that costs another $2K. There is no way the treatments will fix the way my skin is sagging! It’s all part of the racket they are running. I don’t know how this place is still in business. I feel sorry for the nurses that work there because they are stuck listening to the dissatisfaction of patients after the fact with no doctor in sight. When you ask to speak to a staff member they are always in a meeting or unavailable. Just more BS! Please don’t let Sono Bello take your money and disfigure your body!

Sorry for the long post …. I did not have the best experience at all. I drove 3 hours (plus 2 other trips) to have lipo on my legs and stomach and Abex with skin removal. I was told I would need 3 days recovery and be back to work. I was warned that my skin was not very elastic but never expected what I got.
When I got there they gave me the ‘cocktail’ and I felt very relaxed but awake. They took me in and started numbing the area. Not at all painful. Then with a very long cannula started to aggressively poke and prod inside my abdomen etc to put in what I assume was numbing fluid. I can’t even explain how aggressively. After an hour or so of this he started removing fat. I watched the fat removal process. Oddly satisfying. But then they gave me ‘a little something more’ because apparently I said I was feeling things. This completely knocked me out. I was in a 5 hour procedure then I rode home with my daughter never waking. I was mumbling at times and completely drugged up. When I got home it took 3 guys to help me in the house(I only weigh 145 lbs) as I still was not at all with it. I could not support myself on my legs. After having help going to the bathroom, I was put in bed. Never waking till morning.
Recovery was hard. I couldn’t stand up straight for a week and even then was somewhat painful. I have a high pain tolerance.
After 6 weeks I felt like it was going good. I’m now 9 months out and my stomach is flatter but lumpy and the skin is still loose. My thighs are also smaller but I now have hanging skin and dimples where the cannulas entered. My cellulite is worse now because of the lack of fat to fill it out I guess.
The worst part is the Dr told me my thighs might not be perfect but they should look better then totally sold me on the more expensive and in depth procedure to ‘pull everything up and tight’. And now I have to live with the significant payout for minimal results. I had no idea how hard it would be or exactly what I was getting into. They were vague and overpromised. I cannot stress enough to know exactly what you’re in for.
Then I asked if there is follow up tightening of skin or anything. Well of course there is…. At even more cost. Thanks but no thanks. I would not recommend any of it.

I went in for a small amount of fat reduction on my lower abdomen. They said they would not do that area alone, and explained it would not work without doing waist and upper abdomen (if that’s the case they should price it as ONE service) anyway, I finally agreed and had my hips added on last minute due to the surgeons recommendation (“it would not look smooth without adding hips on too”) 🙄ok. Fast forward: immediately after I got home, as soon as the bandage came off, I was HORRIFIED by the excess fat and lumpiness. I called and they said the surgeon would not look at it until 6 months post op!! when he finally did he said “you needed to get the abex too”- this was NEVER discussed prior to surgery. I would have just gotten a traditional mini tummy tuck. This was SUPPOSED to be a noninvasive alternative. I am more disappointed with my body than I was BEFORE the surgery!!! They have been difficult to deal with and lazy with follow ups. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE, ever.

Fraudulent! Make sure you keep a copy of the contract you signed. They will forge and discard your documents to fit their fraudulent practices

I made an appointment with their Silver Spring office just to wait an extra hour--have to make two trips there and back because THEY were late--and then when my appointment time arrives, they say they "can't do anything." Their procedures won't be helpful for me and just referred me to someone else--an ACTUAL cosmetic surgeon--just like that.

Don't even bother making an appointment with this place. They won't help you, they'll just waste your time and then let you down.

My “friend” did the procedure and there were NO improvements AT ALL!! Cost over 9000. Dollars and was a total waste of money!! They wanted him to go back and he said he will never go back too painful not worth it!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I have not had the Sono Bello experience. But I will agree with the a seemingly prevailing comment — once I contacted them, their “pursuit” emails and texts are relentless. Based on the reviews I have read, I will stay FAR AWAY from Sono Bello. Thanks, but no thanks.

I got a procedure last year and its was horrible.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... They promised that if you're unhappy with the results they can totally repeat all the procedure again....
