I think it's a scam

Insurance says they don't have record of them trying to bill them let alone declining it but the letter they sent says all my insurances declined it. I think this place is a scam. Their website is shady, nobody answers the phones, and they didn't actually bill my insurances.

Nehaya was my phlebotomist the other…

Nehaya was my phlebotomist the other day at my doc's office. I am usually a "hard stick." She wasn't worried at all and was able to draw my blood on the first try with no problems. She was so professional, comforating a nice! She's a pro! Thank you!!

Sonora Quest Phone System is the Worst!

My doctors office has had issues with submitting my lab orders to Sonora Quest Labs. So, I called to make sure the lab order was there before going there. I called the phone number for help. Then I pressed 1 for patient. Then I pressed 7 to speak to someone. Then it rang for a long time and finally asked me to enter a code. Obviously I did not have a code. Then the system finally hung up on me when I did not enter a code. So, there is really no way to verify that my lab order was submitted. After calling several times and having the same thing happen over and over, I gave up and called the Quest corporate phone number. When I got someone to speak to I told them about this. I also told them that when I logged into my Quest account it does not show me if there are any lab request orders. She said that they have asked for this over and over again. However, the powers that be would not do this. So, then I told her about the phone system and she did not have an answer for me. Finally I just asked her to look in the system and see if there was a lab order submitted for me. She confirmed it was there. So, now I can go there to complete the lab order. Unbelievable. When I posted a review about all this on the Sonora web site I saw that the majority of reviews were really bad. Nice going Senora Quest Labs. I will continue to post this review in multiple places.

There has been a billing mistake where…

There has been a billing mistake where they did not contact with my insurance and billed me. I have called their customer support to resolve the issue, nobody answers. I even visited two different locations. They keep saying call this number which nobody picks up. Horrible customer support.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Can’t find my bill trying to pay it, but it’s all automated and there is nobody to ask for my account number. If possible, I will never use them again. Maybe hire a human for your billing department.

I had a 2:15 appointment

I had a 2:15 appointment, I was not seen until 3:10. All I heard was the Lab on bell rd. was understaffed and they had a trainee standing aroud joking at the sign in area behind the counter. The woman who drew my blood reiterated this when she drew my blood. This company is totally unprofessional with the excuses they tried to pass off to me as the customer, no wonder why it has a 49% 1 star rating.
As a customer, none of these excuses are my responsibility, it all on sonoran labs. I guess the old addage is that you can get blood from a "mushroom". That is exactly how they treat you. The woman gave me attitude once I informed her that I would reach out to the company. Real professionalism all the way around.

I schedule my appointment on my lunch…

I scheduled my appointment on my lunch break at the Gateway location. The room was full, everyone was running late. The room stunk. There was no staff on site to ask questions. Horrible, service. Insurance companies have to do better on contracting other companies.

The phlebotomist Corlene Rassas in my kidney doctors office Dr. Buxton. She is not only an excellent phlebotomist, she is kind and cares about her patients. I don't always go places and receive this customer service which is sad so THANK YOU for being such a special person a great human.

new web site

Sonoran quest lab.beware of the new web site!!! they do not list any facilities in sun city ,AZ. that is just insane in my opinion. if you go to the map worthless, it has all the locations dumped in the middle of the screen with no way to expand the screen to locate the office you want to find. then they want to send you to a solutions team website that offers you no solutions at all to complain about the web site. and the people (sammy) that answer the phone at the solutions team phone don't want to hear your complaints, and they let you know that.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. We asked, repeatedly if our simple blood draw would be covered by Medicare. We were told repeatedly that it was 100% covered. We wanted to check as there was so many reviews saying that they were billed anyway. Well, it happened,.
Medicare paid, medicare says we don't owe anything, yet Sonora Quest tells us we do owe, and that Medicare told them we do.
Not at all true. They are true scammers trying to make extra money. Called once, talked to them, never heard back. Now we get another bill "final notice" On hold for 45 minutes only to be told, the above. Complete scam. Stay away unless you want added aggravation in your life

Horrible experience!!

Horrible experience!!! Waiting all the day fasting for my blood test, finally when I went there, surprise the card machine wasn't working , they asked me about cash, I gave them $100 but surprise againe they have not change, so they sent me to dispens the money somewhere or to go to another location.
What ? Another location, who's going to take me at 4 pm whitout apointment?
Rude employees, not interes for patients.

Went to the Sonora quest laboratories…

Went to the Sonora quest laboratories on 53rd ave and Thunderbird rd and waited almost an hour to do a urine sample. I’m tired of how our medical insurance and how medical institutes take care of their patients, it’s effing bullsh*t. So Sonora quest explain to your offices that when a person walks in and has to take a urine sample it should not take a hour should only be like 5-10 minutes

Mean staff!!

We had nothing but bad service from two different Sonora Quest labs and then had a nightmare experience trying to access results, including using the Chat box (worthless) . Staff was indifferent and rude at both locations despite having an appointment.

WE went around in circles trying to access results. We have now waited 30 minutes to get through to a live person....will try to use Simon Med after this and am sorry your staff is so ill-trained and nasty to patients.

I’m not quite sure what has happened to…

I’m not quite sure what has happened to this lab. I use to work with them and we use to get tests back in time. It has changed to nearly twice as long to get lab tests results. Not sure if the pathology department or in general all employee departments are understaffed. I’ll have to go to Lab Corp to see if there is a difference. Sad what has happened. They are also sending tests to California they said for testing at Quest. I feel bad for patients in arizona. Patients rely on testing results for their health and if they don’t get them in time during the period promised there are major consequences. * update on this review. I found out today the lab technician messed up my test results and or lost them from the lab, I have been waiting for double the amount of time for my results and they didn’t bother to tell me. My doctor was waiting for the same amount of time calling them to try to see what happened with my test and they didn’t even tell us. This is complete malpractice.because I can’t get treated without this test result I am heading to emergency room to get a test. Terrible awful awful awful lab. I worked with them in pathology for over 12 years and I am disgusted

Used to be you get test results in a day. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks. They don’t give any results until they are all in. Going to start using lab corp or another service. Been lied to 3 times on this wait already. So frustrating and disappointed
