I ordered foam wash, serum, adapt cream and moisturizer. Around $200 I do not have sensitive skin, just happy to try healthier products. The adapt cream arrived used. (makeup on box, no seal, portion missing) Customer service was patronizing but after sending pics was sent a replacement. After using products almost 2 weeks my skin became splotchy itchy and I had to stop all 4 products unfortunately. After a few days of no use cleared up. Tried one more night and woke up with face burning and splotchy. I hated to contact Sonsie customer service again but said I wanted to return all products for a full refund bc I was unable to use. Patronized again. Then got an email they would send me $35. Just disappointed Sonsie did not work out for me. Customer Service terrible.

This opinion concerns international shipping and shipping in general of Sonsie products. It took 7 days for my order to leave the warehouse (7 days to proceed the order on the Basic level, can you Imagine?) of Sonsie in US, now it has been 11 days from purchasing and still it has not left US. Sonsie is not ready for Internetional shipping at all. I was happy to use Pamela’s products but now it’s frustration on highest level. Never order again. Don’t order to Europe, when you dont expect 2 weeks or more for receiving your purchase.

I decided to try Sonsie because my skin had started to get a bit dry (I’ll be 43 in November) and also because I love Pamela Anderson (may aswell be honest lol) and all I can say is “WOW!” I am literally glowing! 🤩 My skin has never looked so good and I can hardly see any fine lines that had started to appear round my eyes. I have even stopped wearing foundation! I will definitely be re-ordering! Thank you Sonsie from a very happy customer over here on the UK 🇬🇧 (I use all 3 products)

Really didn’t like the serum. My face was dry and It was itchy, which is a shame because I like the fact that it is made from natural products and has not been tested on animals. The serum was really disappointing for me. It's also a shame that my review from more than a month ago is not being posted. Hopefully these will not be filtered and only the positive ones will be posted...
