This is an excellent app very helpful…

This is an excellent app very helpful while not putting unwanted pressure to meet expectations.
Also customer service is brilliant when I had an issue Nick got back to me with a solution within 24 hours .

Fraudulent transactions

Fraudulent transactions. I agreed to an $18.64 plan.

It said continue to get the plan and within seconds it took an additional $57.00 without asking or getting permission.

That’s stealing and fraud. BEWARE.

After double-checking the details, it appears that you purchased a subscription to an additional subscription to course, which is why you were charged one more time. Please note that all purchases can only be made after they are confirmed by the user - otherwise, it’s technically impossible.

Nick was so helpful and there was always a quick response from his side and I did not had any issues on reminding him. He is very professional in sorting the issues

Nick was amazing in the resolution of my error

Nick was amazing in the resolution of my issue. He responded quickly and confidently by explaining how I had clicked on the wrong choice and created a double request. He fixed the problem and offered me additional support for the future with lifetime access as well. Thank you Nick, you are a legend !
