Attempted to purchase 2 pair bunion relief socks..before I knew it I was getting fraud alert from my MasterCard..I quickly sent an email to Soothrelieve in Stockton.ca to cancel all..I was ignored. Even though it was stated orders could be cancelled up to 12 hrs...one order for
$17.95USD went to $55.80CAD and Was escalated by their system to triple cost of $168.18 CAD
They sent two pkgs to me . They sit unopened as I have requested a return shipping label and a full refund for this 'Senior' on a small pension. I have filed a claim with my
Systems for a full refund. And notified this company as such. At this point I await a satisfactory reply

My wife recently ordered 1 pair of compression socks from this company. The total price was to be $15.72. When she got the confirmation email there was an additional charge of $23.89 for another pair of compression socks. When I checked our bank account, both amounts were taken out. I’ve read a number of better business bureau complaints that mention the same thing about this company. We’ve contacted customer service and are awaiting a reply. *edit* I just tried online to cancel the entire order and there was a notification saying that orders placed more than 12 hours ago could not be cancelled and it appears there is no way to talk to an actual human being.

Update-Called them twice and got a recorded message asking for her email address and confirmation number. Both were provided. She then got an email asking that she confirm who she was by responding to the email. She did but has yet to be contacted by the company. Pretty sure we got scammed and will see no resolution to this issue.

Terrible, DO NOT USE, this company ripped my elderly parents off, added items at check out charging their card over $350. They made it extremely difficult to cancel the order, supposedly it was packed and shipped within 10 minutes of purchasing online, from China... Then when we asked them if we could return the products told us they had to be returned to America, which would cost anther $70. They are a scam.

soothrelieve is not a legit business, i urge you not to order from them, please, i have never received the socks since August 6th. The package was lost in transit, and they refuse to refund my money. Again, please, i urge you not to order from them; go to Amazon, or you will be sorry. They don't take accountability for anything, they don't investigate, I work hard for my money, this is 24.00 they stole from me. Do not buy online from them

I agree with the many reports of the increased orders and costs. Unfortunately I ordered some socks from them some time ago, which took a long time to arrive and were the wrong size and more pairs than I ordered, but they had my credit cards details.
I had recently been sent an SMS for some sale price items and was just browsing to see what was available. Next thing I knew I received an email to said my order had been received. I did not order and I did not give any payment details, so my credit card was illegally debited without my authorisation.

Like so many before me I too was scammed , my order for 2 pairs was somehow twisted into my buying and paying for 10 pairs resulting in £86 being extracted from my bank account . Be very careful in your dealings with this outfit - even then you will probably 'come a cropper!'

the only consolation is that others have suffered the appalling system of adding unwanted items to an order and billing them irrevocably - no correction or cancellation.

I entered my order wwith SoothRelieve on 7/25. The 7/26 order confirmation was for an additional $106 of merchandize I did not recognize as having ordered. That same day I asked the order be corrected. But was told the order was already in their system so could not be changed. Now on 7/28 I am given a delivery date of 8/17. I do not want the items $106 items over and above what I did order (2 pairs of socks). But my credit card was overcharged the $106.

I just got a bag with 4 pairs of SoothRelieve open toe size medium socks along with 4 packs of “Natural Cleansing” foot pads. Each pack has 10 pads.

I NEVER ORDERED ANY OF THIS STUFF.
Does anyone know how to get a return/refund?

I am disgusted with this company, they have abused me by saying i ordered 9 prs socks and taking 156 pounds and yet i only ordered 1 pr within the hour of ordering i must have sent about 12 emails to cancel these orders which i never placed and they ignored me, i have not had the orders yet so what do i do, will i just ignore them or refuse to take them please help me if i do that will the orders just go back to the company because i really dont want to handle any of these

Ordered 1 pair of socks and they changed the order to 5 pairs. Tried to change the order but couldn’t. Was told to ship them to an address and then when they received them they would give me a refund. They went to the address they gave me but they were never picked up by them . I got in touch with USPS and they said that the address was a Mail Drop and they never pick up their packages. Do not buy from this website they are scammers. I got my money back from the bank that issued my credit card.

sent email cancelling order two hours after submitting. I received message of cancellation from them. a few days after I got the merchandise. A long story short and 5 emails sent requesting return and refund, I am still waiting for instructions for return. This company gets the first prize in "run around and avoid".
Beware! a divorce is easier that dealing with this Soothrelieve!

When I noticed this i could not cancel order. They don't even give you contact numbers or address.

What went wrong this time, you ask? I ordered 2 pair of socks, said "no thanks" to every subsequent "offer", and still was billed for, and I assume will receive, the 2 pair I ordered AND the 4 pair I didn't order. No way to amend the order or contact the company at the time of the order. I froze my credit card but it was already too late and the charges posted. I had no confirmation email for DAYS, just a text claiming that they could not contact me by email. Yah, I bet they tried. I have had similar experiences with this company under their different identifications but those associations were unclear with SoothRelieve. PAY ATTENTION and don't let them rip you off by simply not ordering from this group. Scam all the way around because they sent cheapo products, they send and charge for more than you order, the order cannot be amended or cancelled, the company cannot be contacted.

The way this company operates is a total scam. Do not engage with them. Their website is constructed to deceive and confuse. I ordered 1 pair of socks, then went through a barrage of "offers" before coming to an order review page where I saw that an "offer" of an extra 4 pairs of discounted socks had been added to my order. There was no way to amend the order, which was now completed. I immediately contacted the company and asked for the 4 items to be removed only to be informed that the order had already been processed and shipped, which was obviously a lie. When I received the goods the 'helpful' Irene from the company informed me I could have a 40% refund and keep the goods. Realising at this point returning the order involved shipping costs to the US I reluctantly accepted, to be further informed that the refund was 40% of the order MINUS their shipping costs. I wish I had read the reviews before proceeding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS US (US-LESS) COMPANY.
