Absolute scam! Ordered a dress wish i had of done more research cause obviously the good reviews are a scam too! The dress i paid $110AUD and looked nothing like the photo! Material is so cheap and see through tge dress isnt even made properly the frnt doesnt alight with back of dress absolute rubbish! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

So comfortable! The material is breathable and doesn't make me sweat when it's hot outside.

Extremely poor quality & false advertising - it’s a scam!

I received a different dress to what was advertised. Fabric and seams were different and the dress was see through. The customer service is extremely bad.

I was referred as a different buyer. They gave out personal information from the other buyer to me instead of my information.

If you want a refund you have to pay the shipping costs even if you received a different dress.

You will not receive the same quality of product that you see online. False advertising.

My order was nothing like the picture and cheap material.Took weeks to arrive,they say there warehouse is in Ireland but when I ask to return it's a china address and you have to pay to return.Total scam do not buy from this website

Ordered shoes, asked to cancel pretty much immediately, as I’d read the negative reviews on here after placing the order. Was told that the order couldn’t be cancelled as it was in process. Copied across their FAQ that states that if the order hasn’t shipped, they may be able to cancel. They responded stating the order had been shipped and could not be cancelled. A few minutes later I got a further email stating the shoes were out of stock and offering me a discount code and alternative options. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked again and they said that a refund could not be processed and that it was going to store credit! I wrote back quoting a consumer rights act and had to threaten legal action to get them to finally give me my money back. Absolutely would not use this company ever again.

I bought this bomber jacket for everyday wear, and I am really happy with it. The fabric feels soft but still has a good weight. It arrived quickly and was packed well. The fit was just right for me.

The product was extremely poor quality, the sizing inaccurate, the colour not as depicted and the cost of return prohibitive.
I strongly suggest you do not buy any of their products. I certainly won’t. I wish I had read other reviews before going ahead with my purchase.
A highly untrustworthy organisation.

Be very careful before ordering. I ordered 2 of the same dresses in different sizes so that the fit would be good. They arrived quickly but they were more a size 8 and a 10 rather than the 12 I ordered and that was after sizing up. I tried to return and was offered a 50% discount to keep the dresses which were no use to me. I began a returns process and the dresses are from China & need retuning to China. Postage was around £10 to send them back. I used DPD and 1 month after returning them they were still stuck at the other end. They had cleared customs but as you indicate on the "what's in the package" is a return. I was informed by DPD that taxes have to be paid by the recipient and there is no pressure for them to do so. It is called Duty Hold. I then opened a case with DPD and PayPal and after around 20 emails back and forth I got a refund in full. Lovely dresses but be 100% you want and will keep the garment before returning.

Bought the mens cotton linen summer shorts and they are awesome for summer. Light weight, breathable, and very comfortable. Excellent price for only $34.95. Got it quickly and it was nicely packaged. Very satisfied.

What made this experience worse was dealing with what I found to be a dishonest and misleading company. Communication felt evasive and lacked transparency from the outset, no genuine accountability or willingness to properly resolve concerns…

I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company, as my experience has been very negative from start to finish

I bought the classic women's trench coat recently. The fabric feels really nice and durable for chilly days. Shipping was pretty fast too. Definitely a soild purchase.

The cozy fleece vest is my new favorite thing. It's perfect for layering when it's chilly out. The pockets are deep enough for my phone and my keys, too.

These orthopedic walking shoes are so light! I wear them for my morning shifts, and my feet don't ache anymore. The material is breathable and feels very durable.
