As per my previous comment, this is a SCAM Company.

As well as being called 'sophiagrace' they are also trading under many alias such as 'oliviasophia' etc and quite a few other fake companies.

They ALL claim to be closing down because daughter is going to university.

The response you get is AI generated.

If these are such genuine Companies how come they don't allow you to leave a review on their website??

My colleague's brother owns a well respected, long established jewellers in the city I live in. Upon examining my items he stated I had been massively overcharged for plastic goods!

Total rip off. Purchased a ring which admittedly did look very nice but obviously not as described. Thinner than picture and didnt have any tiny stones embedded. Never mind I thought, I've been had, my fault and decided it wasn't worth following up with company but now that I've read other reviews that wouldn't have come to anything anyway. Now realise it's not even sterling silver but copper!! Can't even wear it now.

I feel very annoyed with myself for falling for this scam company. Sophia &Grace was advertised on Instagram with good reductions in prices. The reason for the big reductions was because a. they were closing down & b. it's cheap tat! Before I realised this though- I bought 2 earrings, 1 pair is tat but wearable, the other pair is broken tat. Tried to ask for a full refund & after 6 or so emails I was offered a 20% refund & I could keep the earrings! Very generous NOT. Their address is secret of course, which is why I could keep them. I've learnt a lesson from this scam, do not use this company!

This is a scam site. Goods don’t arrive, refunds not processed. Customer service run you around. Can’t / won’t tell you the carrier delivering. Do not use this site!

Scam. Don’t buy!

Unlike other reviewers I actually received the 'handmade' earrings. They were poor quality, not as described or pictured on the website. Its hard to believe their original selling price was £100. They looked more like they should have been £5!!
I contacted Sophiagrace for details of the process to return the items for a full refund as their website states a 30 day return window. I received some basic instructions to start the return process. Since then I have heard nothing despite resending my email 3 times. Unfortunately, they did not accept Paypal so no consumer safety there. I thought of returning to the dispatch address but looking online it is a large warehouse which is To Let. I know there are always negative reviews and my view is that any product will have some negative comments but I would never buy from this company again and it is putting me off ordering anything online. There is so much tat being sold as quality goods. In retrospect I should have sent my £36 and donated it to charity.....it would be money better spent!!

Ordered some earrings. I've emailed repeatedly to chase them up, and I'm told repeatedly they are 'In transit'. Sophia in customer services tells me 'everything is on track' & I'll receive my earrings in a couple of days. That was 8 days ago. Now I try to use the tracking number & the page isn't found.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AVOID.

Ordered a ring which has not been received. Not a British company at all as I was led to believe. Made contact a number of times and received no reply

I ordered earrings believing the company to be in the UK as the advertising suggested this. I did receive the earrings after many weeks and got tracking info which made me realise the item was being shipped from China. I would never have ordered if I’d known. Earrings did arrive. Not silver And not as nice as I had expected. No point in returning. Will not fall for misleading adverts again!

This company is a disgrace ..sadly these reviews are confirming what i have discovered ..scam organisation .
Ordered gifts for Christmas which have NOT Arrived and e mails from the supposed company keep saying they are "in transit "

Scam, you never get the order.

This is a scam - these exact same items are being sold under the same premis of being the last available stock from a retailer who is "closing their doors" from at least 4 differently named companies - an that's just in the last week. Don't buy.

The reply to the comment above was not only unhelpful and not really believable but took them over 3 months to write!! Perhaps they have been busy fending off other complaints........
