Scammed , product was cheaply made and nothing like web page showed. No such quilted bag shop in Ballarat . They took my money and would not refund me.

Great communication and lovely bags which I know will get lots of use by my daughters.

The bags are delightful, well made, and delivered quickly. I love the 2 I have bought. I have had many people admire them.
Every question I have asked has been answered promptly and courteously.

Product is not of quality as pictured on website when buying. Made in Asia not as it infers in Australia. Not delivered by Australia Post as promised but by iMile
. Took 3 weeks to be delivered. Flimsy material, quilting is inferior, no padding in quilting to help the bags stand on their own as pictured. Hard to get refund although promised 30 day money back if not happy. Have to pay to send it back to Asia not Australia as website infers they are made. I believe this site is a scam site. So far they offered me 10% and 20% off what I paid to keep bags.

Purchased 2 bags for nearly $70 each. Were supposed to be quilted - looking 3D - but they are not. Just cheap bags with a zip.
I highly doubt that the company has been in business and is now closing down!
I emailed them and they replied and said "Sorry that you are disappointed".
I have had that happen once before ... with a dress ... maybe it is the same people.

Charging ridiculous amounts for Shein/temu/aliexpress products!
Took ages to come. Said they used Australia Post for delivery, but didn't. The delivery service they used threw the package from the footpath to the front door.
Terrible to deal with!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Also be careful as this person is now using different company names to sell the same rubbish. Check authenticity before buying.

They’re using multiple company names for the same product.

Scam scam scam. Rubbish comes from China. Not worth $5.00. When you say you want a refund they tell you that you have to send it back to China!! Don't be fooled by the cute pictures of the sewers.

Wish I’d checked Trust Pilot first. The cheap bag received is NOT what was advertised and I want my $59 pension money back. I will see how I do this. Grrrrrr

The bag I received was nothing like those on the website. Supposed to be quilted and handmade, website shows 2 ladies hand making the bags but are actually made in Asia. Bag received was flimsy, not quilted and would not pay $10 for. Lesson learnt!

This "Australian" business obtains its cheap goods from China. Unable to get an order correct. They are not made as indicated on website. Website indicates a shop front in Ballarat in Victoria but there is no such shop.
They flood you with emails but do not actually answer a query effectively. Requesting a refund even before your item is shipped is refused.

Do not order anything from this company. You do not get what is advertised and it is totally overpriced. $50 for a fabric tote bag that is meant to be quilted but isn’t is outrageous. It is worth no more than $5. This is a dodgy, dishonest, immoral company.

You pay the money, lots of emails, NO bag, then you read these reviews and realise you've been scammed.

So: every order placed today goes into a draw, and five of them will be refunded in full. Whoever they belong to keeps the bag and pays nothing. The money goes straight back on the card you paid with.

Nothing to enter. No form, no code. Just today's orders. Tomorrow morning we draw five at random and refund them the same day, and if yours is one of them I'll email you myself.

Sophie and I would rather these go out to women who'll actually carry them than sit in boxes when we're done. That's the whole reason. There's no catch to find.

And it's one day only — so there won't be a great many in the hat.

The items I have received are not as advertised on the website. I thought i was purchasing hand made quilted bags what I received are machine made low quality printed bags. I would not recommend,

Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. I love the cat bag I bought from them. Go look for them, You won't be sorry
