I put money on here and played a game I won 300 went to cash out and to make a wallet and it keeps giving me a error code and I’ve been messaging them for over a month all the keep saying is thir working on it. It’s crazy because I like thir games and want to play but I’m not going to put money on somthing if I can’t cash out if I win.!!

If you want to lose money then good for you..this is trash and you make them rich..honestly I will not recomended

3 days ago ii played a slot game called Nexus Spinner by Sorcery Reels. I liked it at first so I made a small deposit.It wasn't much but it's all I had. The game immediately froze up with an explanation of verification problems. Now I'm being ghosted and they still have my money after 72 hrs. If I could give them lower than 0 stars I would

They are not a legal sweepstakes casino. They are defrauding players by saying that they are. The apps they have in the playstore are wrapped apps. This Means 2 apps in one. The 1st app is an outer unsuspecting app. Inside app is the same interface as 7 other apps they have in google playstore. Its do theycan bypass the process google uses to detect fraud. I have found 12 different apps that have 2 different interfaces all with the user agreement and terms listing the parent company Fish Bear studio limited, acting agent Sorcery Reels, as well as Lucky Warrior Studio Limited. They will happily take your money without you having to verify the acct. Except their verification statement says that they take pride on making sure your account is verified by the user who is at least 18 years of age and its not being used for any reasons but to play gaming. I laugh cuz I can list 8 playstore apps all Sorcery reels that dont care if you do the KYC. The other ones dont use real KYC. you could put any address and info in there. If you do win. You wont win many times after that. They use A.I as the customer service. They route your funds over seas. Now you get charged international transaction fees. & even if you deposit money. Dont use the goldcoins. You will not get your money back. Even though you didn't use the credits. No credit if the site has malfunctions. No way to get your transaction ledger, game play ledger etc.

Been using them for years and referred my friends to them all with no issues whatsoever and we actually win not As often as I'd like but a relatively good amount, never had issues with customer service or anything else.

The single worst gaming platform I have ever played on. I literally have not redeemed in 3 MONTHS. They are a terrible scam of a casino. Hopefully this group will have a class action suit against them as well for game tampering. Let's hope

Have cashed out at least $500 since I've been playing this app. Its legit. Only issue is how long it takes to get redeemed money on my account. Usually 2 days. But that's a nice problem to have i guess. So all and all its a fantastic app.

I've deposited over $380 on Christmas Day. I won 200 when I went to redeem, it told me that they are no longer redeeming in California anymore. My whole point was they took my money. Though they kept letting me deposit, deposit deposit and deposit up to $380, I screenshot every bit of it and send it to the customer service. They just keep saying they're going to send it to the Relevant team and they're just waiting to hear from them. No I want my money $580. I've been dealing with them since Christmas Day.

They keep charging my credit card without letting me know unauthorized charges, and they are not refunding back. You don’t mean at all you’re just losing it. They are Chinese so guess how frauds they charge several of my credit cards they are not refunding back they give the coins and they force you to play with it

But, they allowed me to redeem $1,600. Your account is verified before you start playing. They stated they need KYC Verification and once you type in your info, it doesn’t work. They don’t want to pay you. So, they closed my account out.

I had fraud on my debit card and just now connected it to these pos they’re totally fraud their games are not even working properly they tried to tell me after checking that my bonus concluded normally when it’s still froze and they let all my “free spins” for the deposit bonus expire bc the game wa frozen.
