They are SCARY
I contacted Sorrelli about my broken clasp on my bracelet in Sept 2023. As per their directions for the free repair I mailed them my bracelet Sept 26, 2023 and $10 for return postage of my repaired bracelet. They emailed me Oct 9 2023 to let me know it arrived. Since then they have used my email to send me multiple ads on a daily basis. I have emailed numerous times only to get the old Covid excuse of “supply chain” problems. With a bracelet clasp? Now they are calling me and leaving messages, angry that I am emailing about my bracelet. Frankly, I am frightened by them. Today is Feb 7,2024. They have had my bracelet for over 4 months! Google them. 2.5 rating given by their employees
