Wouldn't waste my time again...
Needed to order a specific Colourway of Helmet to match team colours. Knowing that local suppliers were out of stock I searched far and wide until I found Sorted race gear claiming they had the product was in stock. Ordered and paid, No response to the first two attempts to get a tracking number, third attempt they replied saying they couldn't get it and were refunding... Basically advertising stuff they have not got as in stock and wasting the customers time.

Die Ware war ok. Der Preis war top. Lieferzeit hat gestimmt wie vorhergesehen.
Nur die Email Kommunikation war etwas langsam. Ich habe anfangs gedacht, es gibt keine Reaktion auf meine Frage per Email, wann denn das Paket losgeschickt wird. Nach 3 Tagen kam dann eine Antwort.
Nach Deutschland hat die Lieferung beispielsweise vom 26.7. bis 2.8. über Fedex benötigt.
Aber dafür war der Preis super.
Ich würde immer wieder dort bestellen.

I was sceptical after seeing the reviews for this site but they had a helmet that was £100 cheaper than anywhere else. Took the risk and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. Everything went well, turned up on time, thanks a bunch 👍🏻

Ordered a birthday gift and paid for fasted shipping. To be delivered within 2 days. On delivery day receive a message the order has been despatched. Not despatched when it had to be which was 3 days ago. If they were honest and told me I would wait 6 days then I would've collected the gift as I did previously. Will now move on from Sorted to a company who honours their sales pitch. So disappointed that they could not be bothered to do their job properly at the expense of someone else.

WARNING SCAM BUSINESS.

I purchased a Castelli Head Thingy (order number: 20323) on the 16th of December. Paying extra in shipping for it to arrive in time for Christmas.

Almost three weeks later, nothing has arrived. I've not even got a tracking number.

I've tried contacting through the official means but get no reply. So I can only assume I've been had.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Wife ordered some kit for my son for Christmas which showed in stock, paid for quick delivery and a week later still haven’t received it, now be told they don’t even know when they will be sent as they have no stock!!!

Ordered shoes that were supposedly in stock and paid extra for premium 2 day priority delivery. 6 days later and the item has still not been dispatched. Why charge people for a service you cannot provide? I Will never use this company again. Not to be trusted, AVOID!!!!

Purchsed a Castelli cap from them and was expecting delivery (based on option chosen) to take around 5 working days. They delivered in under 3. Ordering process was super easy. Thanks very much guys.

Great store, safe payments and good customer service! The order was shipped very quickly, well packed. Although the tracking link available on website didn't work, I called the customer service and they send me directly an email with shipment number and website to track it.

Excellent Cycle Gear Shop. Bought a lot of cycling gear recently from at least 6 places. In my experience this has been the best place so far, since they picked up the phone every time. The helpful person (named Lewis I think, sorry if I got that wrong) volunteers information and is helpful. Whilst on business recently I called into the store, its a nice little place with free parking and they are just as helpful when you arrive as they are on the phone. Bought few more Castelli bits and pieces. Will be the first place I call when I need anything else. Recommended.
