Decided to try the scotch bonnet sauce, the flavours and the heat are the perfect pair, definitely one of the best sauces I’ve ever had! And to top it off ive met Wayne and he’s the coolest and nicest dude ever so you’re definitely supporting a great guy by purchasing the sauce!

I met Wayne at the Hoghton Tower farmers market. His story is fascinating from New York Restaurants to his own sauce businesses in the UK. He offered me samples of his chilli rediculously tasty sauce range. He explained the different sauces and chillies used to create them. Fantastic.

Chef Wayne's sauces, as well as everything he's ever made, are amazing. I'm not really into hot sauces. Usually, there's just heat with no real flavor. Soul Sauce changes that. Yes, there's heat, but the flavor is the real star. :-D

Wayne was easy to work with. Ordered 2 bottles of Dragon sauce. They arrived quickly since Wayne was (lucky for me) in the US on holiday! The sauce has good heat 🌶️🌶️ & flavor which is most important! I love the label as well since it has a picture of a dear friend who passed away. Thank you Wayne.

Amazing flavours, forget the supermarket mass produced stuff. At last, someone who makes chilli sauce to a high quality, as opposed to a high profit margin.

I Have enjoyed Chef Wayne’s creative flavorful cuisines and sauces for over 25 years. These sauces are hot and flavorful and unlike anything I’ve tasted on the market. Your palate will explode with flavor. I have used these sauces for meat marinades, on sautéed veggies and fish. If you haven’t tried it your definitely missing out!!
