poor delivery and item held hostage
Item was not delivered to my house and no fail to deliver card was left. When using the online tracking it, the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to a parcel locker. When trying to view the parcel locker location, I am directed to their couriers app and required a $15 AUD weekly subscription fee to view the location of my package. Advised the merchant and they had advised that it is not their problem. Merchant refused to speak with courier and refund of the item was rejected by merchant. Do not recommend. I have raised the issue with my bank and requested a refund of the purchase. Screenshots of conversation and screen recording of courier app taken.

Slow delivery, from China. Wasn’t remotely close to the picture shown. I’ve emailed them, explained the issue, they replied, clearly hasn’t read the email id sent properly and offered me a 15% refund. Unacceptable seeing as the T-shirt isn’t what I ordered. I declined and haven’t had a response since.

Loved all the jerseys I ordered, they're amazingly comfortable, very vibrant and bright, and they fit me very comfortably. I really like the sweater. Although I wish I got it about a size smaller. I got the biggest size because I'm a bigger person. But it is really cozy and warm, especially it's thin, but when it's cold out, it's like nice and warm.So I like that about it.And it's very colorful and vibrant.Ten out of ten

I got the wrong sizes and I have been trying to get a hold from them in order to exchange the sizes but they don't bother to reply to my emails or the support chat on their page.

Leon helped me find my tracking number, even though it never worked. But hey, my stuff arrived in 2 weeks and quality is top-notch so I’m happy. Would’ve liked to track my stuff though.

Long wait / poor customer communication
The order took very long to come, I had to reach out several times for updates on my order and they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Poor communication with the customer and the extremely long wait is why I give them 2 stars. The clothing material is so so , the t shirts and sweat suit seem fine, the jerseys and sweater seem a bit cheap or temu’ish .

I am so happy with the clothes
I am so happy with the clothes! I’ve been bored with browsing for men’s t-shirts and tops that are always in the same muted colour palette and wanted to find something more exciting to wear for the warmer months, going to festivals and just wearing something more fun than a plain black t-shirt. The sizing (medium) is perfect for me (180cm/5’11” and 96kg/15 stone) - feels loose but form fitting!
I had concerns about the shipping from China to UK but they arrived within weeks of placing the order which was great.
I contacted Leon over WhatsApp to get a status update on order tracking and he sent over a shipping update and was very happy to hear from me once I’d received the items. Thanks again!
