I have purchased 3 wigs from this…

I have purchased 3 wigs from this company the first wig I thought the cap was going to come with an average size which I thought was going to fit my head just right. I was mistaken the cap and wig too big for my head. I ordered another wig and I asked for a customized cap made for my head and for the ear part of it to go up and around. I still got a wig that is too big for my head even the adjustable straps doesn’t help. I bought one more wig asking for the same thing and it still doesn’t fit too big for my head. The wigs are beautiful and human hair but they are too big for my small head. I even had to sew the cap to make it fit my head and paying all that money I should have to pay anything.

Soul Lady pulled a Bait and Switch on…

Soul Lady pulled a Bait and Switch on my 83 year old mother. She saw a lovely-looking wig, appropriate for an older lady in a Facebook ad of theirs. She ordered it and what arrived was in no shape or way what she saw in the ad. It was a sad-looking five and dime store type of wig; something that could only be worn for comedic effect. Fine, so she requested a refund, more than glad to send it back, only to be given the run-around and no refund. Funny enough, Soul Lady has begged my mother to stop writing negative reviews about the $118 they stole from her. They are just fine with essentially stealing her money though. Soul Lady has no heart and certainly no soul. Don't take a chance with them.

You sent me the WRONG WIG

You sent me the WRONG WIG. I ordered #6175, not sure what I received, but I would not put this wig on a DOG! I have tried to contact SOUL LADY several times, even writing text late into the night, in case your located in China. Very disappointed, you have robbed me of $118.00 of my hard earned MONEY. You have a nerve requesting STARS, stars are the last thing you deserve.

I’m 62 years old, this is my first experience with wigs. I had many concerns and anxieties, however, Soul Lady kept me informed with every step of the process. I placed my order and within four days they were in contact with me. Every message that I sent expressing my concerns were answered within a timely manner. I appreciated that. I never felt that, I was being ignored or that I fell for a scam. Once my wigs arrived, I was extremely satisfied, both “Dorothy” and “Lena” make me feel good about myself. I would “Highly” recommend choosing Soul Lady as the first option in wig purchases, especially when dealing with an online company.

Exceeded my expectations

I ordered the Karla dark brown wig with a hint of gray and I was really nervous because this was a custom wig because I paid for a 16 inch wig instead of the 12. This also meant I couldn’t return it if I didn’t like it. When I received it, I was shocked. The wig is beautiful. It’s much fuller and curlier in person. In fact, the pictures don’t do it justice. It exceeded my expectations because there have been too many times this isn’t the case which is why I was shocked. I didn’t expect this type of quality for the price. Especially since I have several Hairvivi wigs.

Perfect for Thin Crowns

As I have thin, almost bald in the crown of my hair, the topper is just perfect. I wish it had bangs to cover my forehead. Overall, I give this topper a 10 it is definitely perfect for someone who has thin hair in the top and the length is just perfect.

BUYERS BEWARE RETURN STOCK FEES ABANDONED BUILDING FOR OFFICE

Bought a wig from this company, only have 15 days to. return it. The address given for returns is an abandoned building, which raises some serious issues of transparency in their sales practice. Difficulty reaching a salesperson for returns with the bogus number online and in the package sent out to the customers. After I requested an exchange, the first customer service email sent to me was to send pictures, which I did three times. Wanted me to go back online and buy another wig before issuing a refund for the first one, I decided to just get a refund because that was a red flag for me. If they are a legitimate business, they must act like it and provide a refund to the customer when asked, especially when the merchandise is not used. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and other authorities in the United States for guidance and fraud protection. When companies have business online from China and use addresses that do not exist in the United States to gain money, and refuse to exchange the item or refund the money promptly, it is usually fraud involved. I am not saying they are doing fraud, but show me they are a legimate company.
Although the response was submitted to this review, the company still did not provided a legitimate address to resolved my problem. Therefore this must mean they do not have a real address here in the U.S. to return products. This information has been reported to the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau, so far.

This is to ensure that your replacement wig can be shipped out immediately, so you don’t have to wait for the return to be received and processed before receiving your new item.
Requesting Photos: We understand you mentioned the item was unused. We ask for photos as part of our standard return process to verify the condition of the product before approval. This helps protect both our customers and our team, ensuring a smooth and fair resolution.

I placed an order with Soul Lady Wigs on 2/26/26 and received a tracking number, but it shows zero information every time I check it. I still have no updates, no movement, and no communication from the company. Since I never received my wig, I can’t review the product, but the customer service has been extremely poor. Until Soul Lady Wigs can provide reliable shipping and communication, I would strongly advise others not to buy from them.
