Package arrived way later than it said to would arrive. Thread is already coming undone. Honestly, the sweatshirt and threading is terrible quality. The letter for K on the keychain looks like an R instead of a K. Very disappointed especially with the amount of money I paid for this. Been very frustrated with this whole entire process.

They scammed everyone by pretending they were closing down!!. And when people who spent tons of money called them out on it on social media, they deleted the comments!.

I received this custom sweater as a gift, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

The first sweater arrived with a distorted image. The company did reach out after a review and offered a replacement, customer service was a nightmare and it took so long to arrive that the gift ended up being given late. By the time it was finally received, the weather was already warm, so it wasn’t worn right away.

When I finally wore it, I immediately noticed the stitching was unraveling. After just one wash, half of the custom stitching came out and ruined the image completely. I reached out to the company again, only to get an automated “outside of business hours” response—even though I messaged well within their posted hours. The message claimed my issue would be prioritized, but I have been ghosted since.

To make matters worse, the company only allows reviews within a short window after purchase, and it seems they filter them so that mostly positive reviews are published.

Overall, the quality of both the product and the customer service was extremely poor. For the price of a “custom” gift, I expected something that would last, but instead, it turned into a frustrating experience.

Shitty company, my girlfriend ordered me a gift for like 5 months ago.. they don’t answer, give your money back or respond to anything, the take you money and leave you stranded.. so zero stars, it’s a scam really fu.k this company

I ordered a mother's Day gift for my mother and I put I wanted a confirmation of what the sweater would look like. I never got anything about that and I also asked for a video and I never got my video. The sweater looks good I guess but it's not what I wanted and I really wish that they would have shown me what it would have looked like before sending it.

I ordered a pair of boxer shorts for my boyfriend on November 1st and the website said my package would arrive on December 1st... it's now March and I still haven't received anything, I've contacted them but no one would help me, when I asked for my money back I was told that it wasn't possible at all. So that was 600 kr out the window

Ordered hoodies. One of the jumpers had a hole in from the embroidery. Also alot of loose and extra threads. And colours overlapping where they shouldn't have. Going back and forth with customer service trying to get them to see this and get some sort of refund. They are now not responding for over a week on emails and insta.
