Leise was s fabulous & her teaching & meditation a total tonic.

Totally amazing evening. So welcoming and inviting. The sound bath was pure relaxing and self care. Thank you so much. Will be back for more.

My 1st encounter yoga retreat weekend in a countryside with Leise was amazing. We have all shared a memorable moment, as a group as well as a personal connection with ourselves. Leise has ensured that I feel welcome and comfortable with the people in the group as a newcomer.
Moreover, she was there to support and answer any questions that I had.
And the best part is that all of the meals are freshly prepared and delicious, with the best cookies, shortbread & sorbets.
I will be rebooking my next retreat with Leise as soon I can.

Just come back from an amazing self discovery retreat in Bakewell, feeling absolutely amazing after it thank you Leise! Leise is full of knowledge. Her guided meditations are phenomenal, highly recommend!

This is the second retreat I have been on with Leise and I can confirm they are life affirming. A place to explore how best to manage life by abating your mind and body. All this in a safe atmosphere guided by the most amazing yoga teacher and fellow traveller I have had the luck to meet. Great food lots of activity, breath work, yoga, walking, talking and generally joining with people who want to really live. I particularly love this time with leise and other people because it’s accessible. Whatever level your find your place. Whether it’s yoga classes, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, you won’t be disappointed when you join

Had a truly lovely experience at Leise’s cacao ceremony. She’s an awesome person and makes you feel at home, welcome and comfortable. I’ll definitely be attending another 🙂

I have been attending Leise’s yoga classes for some time now and they have been transformative and a pleasure to attend. Having never done yoga before I was a little apprehensive but Leise is fabulous and welcomes one and all with a mixture of all abilities in her classes and encourages you along your yoga journey without any pressure and a big dose of fun along the way. I highly recommend these classes if you are thinking about starting your yoga journey !

what a lovely experience, Lese is lovely, i felt like i knew her as soon as i met her, she made me feel so relaxed, i came out of the sound bath feeling so relaxed and lovely. can't wait to go again. and having the cards on the pillows was a real eye opener, 4 days before i had my first reiki and had cards read at the same time and when i read the card put on the pillow i chose with Soul Yoga, it was almost the same message, i was blown away,

I actually cannot put into words how special leise and her yoga classes are.

I truly feel that yoga has been her calling. Leise is an exceptional teacher, whether you are a nervous first timer with no balance, or an experienced yogi. Every single class and meditation is varied so every experience is truly unique.

As someone who struggles with stress and finds it hard to relax and switch off, I am mesmerised by how deep she has helped me to get into the mediations, and how quickly I progressed from a struggling novice!

I also would like to extend a personal thank you for the private meditation/hypnobirthing tape which she produced for me for when I was in labour with my first baby. It truly helped me to relax and stay positive despite a difficult time, and the words and thoughts behind some of the sections were so thoughtful and powerful.

Every single thing that leise does at Soul Yoga is done with so much love and thought. She really is determined to give everyone exactly what they need via yoga.

Her retreats are beautiful and an ideal retreat for those who need a bit of time, peace, self love, or just a break! The food, accommodation and itenaries were outstanding and just the right balance.

And the cacao ceremonies! Wow! As some one who struggles to express emotions, I cannot tell you how important it is to give one of these ago, it’s surprising what comes up! And the sound baths were my absolute favourite.

Thank you leise for being you. Soul Yoga is everything and so much more!

If you are looking to start yoga or an experienced yogi looking for a change, leise is the only safe pair of hands that I would want to practice with.

On International Yoga Day I thought it would be apt to celebrate yoga and more importantly Leise. What a wonderful lady, I didn’t realise how much I needed her or yoga and meditation in my life. She puts everyone completely at ease, encourages you to go at your own pace and listen to your body (but secretly always manages to make you do more than you realise you are capable of!). Thank you x

Had a fantastic time enjoying every minute of my first yoga retreat.Leise was amazing very professional and brilliant at what she does. Everything from the yoga,meditation,accommodation and the food were superb. I would highly recommend soul yoga to anyone thinking of booking a retreat . I've book for next year and talked my husband into coming too.

I couldn’t recommend the soul yoga retreats enough !
We took this retreat to celebrate my wife’s birthday and couldn’t have spent a better weekend away. A full program of amazing sessions and experiences . Leise made her birthday extra special and pulled out all the stops . We’re have adapted to a vegan lifestyle and leise made sure we had plenty of food and drink and plenty of choice. All delicious and fresh and considered.
On top of all this was the different people we got to meet and share this time with. Some amazing ladies and such a funny weekend. Everyone got fully involved and it was really special being a part of it.

I’ve been attending classes since the summer and absolutely love them! My body loves the yoga, especially after sitting in front of a desk all day and Leise is so lovely and patient with a novice like me. Recommend highly! ❤️

My usual default has been “I’m not really into that sort of thing” how wrong was I. Two years, a few Cacoa ceremonies and my first yoga retreat in December and I could not recommend Leise highly enough. Leise encourages you to go at your own pace letting your body tell you when you are pushing too much. Leise creates a very welcoming and friendly environment and opens her heart with no judgement, a lovely lovely lady

As a complete novice I was worried about starting a yoga class. Leise put me straight at ease and allowed me to learn at my own pace. The classes are always fun and as challenging as you wish for them to be. The meditation at the end is a great reward for the yoga session and Leise teaches you lots of ways to incorporate techniques into your daily routines. Leise is patient and extremely knowledgeable about her craft.
