I ordered the Cyberpunk 2077 OST from The Soundtrack Shop. Due to a shipping issue with USPS (very likely my fault) the package was sent back to the seller but neither the seller or I realized it immediately. As soon as John M. at The Soundtrack Shop realized the package had been shipped back, he let me know and after a couple emails back and forth he sent it back out to me. No extra charge or any other requirements. I got it around 10 days later. (It only took that long because it was coming from overseas). The soundtrack was in perfect condition and works/sounds great. I really appreciate the awesome customer service. You never know when buying something from an overseas store you found on the internet. I would absolutely recommend buying hard to find soundtracks from this business and I plan to do so in the future.

Looked for a Cyberpunk mousepad on the web, found it in the most unexpected shop ever. When looking closer though, I not only found the mousepad, when it was sold-out everywhere else, but rather many other cool collectors items which I will definitely order from the shop soon! CD with some strange stains on the mirrored part, which fortunately does not compromise listening, I cannot blame the seller as the CD was sealed, it could be a defective copy or bad storage method, however the CD works and that is why I did not ask for a refund.

I was being very cautious when trying to find a copy of a rare and limited edition soundtrack album so decided to message The Soundtracks Shop to check stock was available. Not only did I receive an immediate reply, I was sent photographic evidence and reassured that the order would be dispatched immediately.

I placed my order and received another message with a photo of my purchase, all packed and sealed with a Royal Mail label on.

The item arrived two days later and I couldn't be happier!
